From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. The team, and Louise in particular, have always been responsive and supportive. They have also been very effective at finding new tenants and dealing with any matters arising.
16th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I first got in touch with leaders back in January 2026 for a valuation and said I did not want to go any further with a sale untill may/June time and the reason I went back with leaders is because they stuck to there word and didn't pressure me into trying to sell any earlier unlike a few other agents that I also had a valuation from<br><br>But from the 1st time I met a member of the halstead leaders team they was very professional and polite and dealing with many of the team over the last few months this has been the case all the way through also I liked the updates and help that I required when ever needed.<br><br>So yes I have left a 5 star review because I have found leaders to be a great agents and easy to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever get the chance to do business again i will look forward to it.<br><br>Thank you to all the team at leaders halstead.

20th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Professional<br>I recently purchased a property through carter jonas and dealt primarily with Tony write, from the initial first conversation Tony was extremely helpful dealing with a property that wasn’t always completely straightforward but he was so professional and knowledgeable about the property and the issues regarding the purchase.<br>Tony was on hand throughout the process supporting us with solicitor questions and keeping us updated throughout, which made such a difference to us as buyers.<br>Thank you Tony you did a fantastic job.

22nd Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We sounded like an easy customer: three bedroom house, nice garden, granny annex in highly sought-after location, on the market for the first time in 80 years. Fast-Forward three months and to everyone's horror, the house was built in 1909 using a method that no mortgage-lender would sell on. That would have been the cue for most estate agents to drop the client. Pottrill Holland stuck with us - suggesting transitioning to an auction, and staying with us through the entire process. Absolute integrity and commitment, we owe them everything.
