I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.

She is extremely personable and very good at her job. I have enjoyed each and every interaction with her - even when I was troubled, Ruby was full of knowledge and helpful advice for me. I look forward to saying hello to her as she continues her task on site. Thank you, Ruby.

I reported the issue at my rented property on Sunday and on Monday, Louise arranged for the contractor to come out and complete the repair as urgent. She kept me posted throughout. Louise has shown kindness, thoughtfulness and more importantly paid attention to my request as without the repair it would be a safety issue. Thank you Louise and all the best.- 5th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)First time selling a house and I couldn’t recommend Stansted Intercounty more. Everyone was welcoming and made us feel comfortable compared to some other companies we enquired with. We had bookings within minutes of the property going for sale. Really great service throughout the sale with regular updates from the team. Thank you to everyone at Stansted Intercounty.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Chris has been so professional and helpful, which we have really appreciated whilst navigating moving home unexpectedly. Nothing has been too much trouble to ask, Chris and the team have communicated everything so clearly to us and all whilst being friendly and kind, which makes the whole experience much nicer and easier. Than you to Chris and team, we are confident that we will be very supported by you once we move in to our new home! Carly and Stuart :)

Excellent social media and marketing provided the impetus to getting potential buyers to view. The agent who conducted the viewings made sure he was fully acquainted with the property and communicated the outcomes well. Having had an unsuccessful relationship with another agent prior to Ensum Brown it was a breath of fresh air to deal with people who were committed to sell your property

Having the team on What's App makes a big difference as when a problem arises, as inevitably it does, they are there like your own friends to try and help solve the issue. Very professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. With this agent you are not just a number to get rid of, they go out of their way to make things smooth. Plus their photography is great.

From our very first meeting, Adam and Jack provided an outstanding level of service that completely put the area's established traditional estate agents to shame. Their modern, professional marketing is excellent, making the old-fashioned methods used by other high street agents look completely outdated. They showcased our property beautifully and generated immediate interest. On top of that, their fees are highly competitive, proving you do not need to pay premium prices to get premium results. Throughout the process, their communication was excellent; we were always kept informed. What really set them apart was their willingness to go the extra mile. When things got complicated, Adam and Jack proactively managed the chain and did whatever it took to ensure the sale completed successfully.
