I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.
23rd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Not too impressed We had a number of viewings but never had any feedback from Bidwells. As far as I can tell they also did not follow up on the potential buyers. Not overly impressed. We have now taken the house of the market and will relist with another agent.

15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Just completed yesterday, brilliant had a lot of hassle with solicitors ,but our sales coordinator was on the case and got everyone on the same page ,can't thank her enough 5 stars- 1st Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Andrew, Sophie, Imogen and Kristie were a great team in helping us to sell our property! They kept us well informed throughout the process and we felt we could easily turn to them for help with any questions or concerns. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and we would definitely use them again in the future!

19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Very disappointing and expensive experience dealing with Leaders Cambridge. Poor communication, repeated delays, and a total lack of accountability caused significant stress and unexpected costs.<br><br>Firstly, no one showed up to my initial viewing, and during the application process I felt pressured to take out insurance covering the landlord’s possessions before even seeing a tenancy agreement, let alone signing one. I also felt they were attempting to pressure me into using their 'no-deposit scheme', as it was strongly implied that my application would be viewed less favourably than others if I opted to pay a traditional deposit.<br><br>Most seriously, my move-in date changed multiple times at short notice (once was at 4:30pm on the day I was due to move in). This was because Leaders had failed to do the appropriate safety checks prior to listing the property, which resulted in an discrepancy with the EICR certificate holding everything up. Despite assurances that this would be fixed promptly, further delays and absolutely no updates followed after an entire week. During this time, I incurred unexpected hotel, moving, and transport costs because these delays left me with no where to live.<br><br>Still with no tenancy agreement to be seen 3 weeks after paying my deposit, I was eventually left with no choice but to withdraw my application and requested the return of my £173.07 holding deposit as the statutory time frame had long since passed. At the time of writing, my decision still has not even been acknowledged after yet another week and instead I have received further pushy emails proposing new move-in dates (unsurprisingly delayed even further by the landlord deciding to paint the property).<br><br>The handling of this situation fell well below expectations and, as such, I would not recommend the use of Leaders Cambridge.

During the whole process, from start to finish the sale was conducted on a respectful and understanding manner by the team, many thanks.

However, we couldn't have asked for better support than what we received from Zerda at Abbotts. Throughout all the inevitable twists, turns, and hurdles of the chain, she was a constant source of help and guidance. She kept communication open, worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and supported us every step of the way to get us across the finish line. Would strongly recommend!

They have managed my properties with efficiency and fairness whilst always having time to discuss issues with me. Several of my property's have also been sold by them with again being very helpful and always on hand to direct and advise. Thank you

This was my first time renting in the UK, and I'll admit I was a bit nervous after reading various reviews online — but Vincent Shaw proved to be clear, transparent, and professional throughout the entire process.<br><br>The team was always punctual, quick to respond to emails, and easy to reach whenever I needed something. Their online system for payments and maintenance requests made everything simple and efficient. Any small repairs needed at the property were handled promptly by good, reliable professionals.<br><br>I'd especially like to thank Alberto, Tsvetana, and Christianne, who I dealt with most closely throughout my tenancy — always courteous, helpful, and professional. The move-out process was smooth and stress-free as well.<br><br>Overall, a great experience and a team I'd happily recommend to anyone renting in Cambridge.

20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Professional<br>I recently purchased a property through carter jonas and dealt primarily with Tony write, from the initial first conversation Tony was extremely helpful dealing with a property that wasn’t always completely straightforward but he was so professional and knowledgeable about the property and the issues regarding the purchase.<br>Tony was on hand throughout the process supporting us with solicitor questions and keeping us updated throughout, which made such a difference to us as buyers.<br>Thank you Tony you did a fantastic job.

I was impressed that the agent who valued the property did most of the viewings, meaning he was able to talk really convincingly about the property. We sold slightly under the guide price (during a difficult time in the market) but still at a higher price than what other agents had valued the flat at.
30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)All of the staff were so helpful throughout the sale process.<br>Having never had to sell a property before, we had no idea what to do or expect.<br>From their first visit to the house, the photos, solicitors, viewings, questions from the buyers, they kept us informed regularly, answering any questions we had, explaining anything we were unsure of.<br>It was a very emotional time for me selling my parents forever home. They were so supportive & understanding throughout.

He has been extremely professional, approachable and helpful throughout, with excellent communication at every stage. He always takes the time to explain things clearly, responds promptly and keeps you updated, which makes the whole process feel much easier and more straightforward.<br><br>Dominic is friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciate his help and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

The behaviour of the letting agents was extremely unprofessional, including giggling while I was on the phone trying to resolve a serious issue.<br><br>I was informed by Georgia that I would be able to move in earlier, so I made moving arrangements based on this, only for those arrangements to be cancelled at the last minute. This resulted in significant stress and additional costs.<br><br>Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I was repeatedly told that emails had been sent with updates, but they had not been sent, and the landlord subsequently stated that he was not aware of the situation.<br><br>Overall, there was very poor communication, a lack of professionalism and a failure to provide reliable information. I would not recommend Tucker Gardener based on my experience.
