Arranged a lot of viewings, but had a different representative from Haart each time and they didn't always communicate with each other about the property features. The house was over-valued and so we ended up accepting a lower offer that was closer to the valuations given by other agents. Overall happy with the service, and would recommend.

29th May 2020 (3 years ago)I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

They told us less than 24 hours before we were due to move in that the house wasn't ready, making us homeless. 3 days before that, they guaranteed the house would be ready and that we could move in. Mostly the idiot landlord's fault, but they could have checked rather than making promises they couldn't possible keep. Not sure how this is allowed with no consequences in this day and age Very disappointing. No stars, but Google insist on putting something.

It wasn't a particularly smooth process due to the realities of being part of a long chain, but Ellis always did a great job of keeping us in the loop and answering our many questions throughout the process. Always very friendly, professional and proactive.

2nd Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.

10th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Can’t rate this estate agents highly enough there level of service and professionalism is second to none. we went a viewed our house on the Saturday and by the next Saturday we had the keys, such a straight forward process from start to finish. Kye and Fiona are very friendly and always responds. They make their customers feel very welcome and valued. Usually a stressful time moving house but they made sure this wasn’t the case. We look forward to setting up our home and look forward to the future. Thank you so much Gary and Samantha Dear.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear

The experience was excellent, good communication, responded and got things moving quickly, and we felt they (Jamie in particular who we worked with) went above and beyond without asking - would recommend!
