I cannot recommend the team highly enough... efficient, communicative, patient, organised, flexible, responsive and above all kind to me.
29th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)I have recently sold my house with Elite Residential and I can recommend their services to anyone. The two representatives Linda and Phil, were truly excellent. An Open day was arranged at the earliest opportunity, which turned out to be a Saturday. We had 10 viewers, which led to 3 offers, with one being accepted. Thereafter I was kept informed of what was going on, and the process went smoothly until completion which took just over 6 weeks. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

10th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)The process of selling our property through Pointons did not run smoothly. I was disappointed with the poor communication of some staff. I even emailed James, the Director who did not reply to my email regarding issues with the service provided. Moreover, the buyer’s solicitors who were appointed through Pointons own panel solicitors caused further unnecessary delays also due to lack of communication, so I would not recommend using their panel solicitors. Overall, not a good experience as the agency focused more on profit than customer satisfaction.
19th Nov 2023 (5 mo. ago)A totally stress free experience, the agent, Jamie, communicated every step and was true to his word, supporting myself and my sister throughout the process, providing us with an excellent service. I will be recommending exp to others and will use them again in the future.

Richards local knowledge and expertise in property secured a sale in just a couple of weeks. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone in need of a capable honest estate agent.
