13th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)I will give 0 star if it was available. Leaders behaviour towards deposit refund is laced with all kind of negative experience, from untrustworthy to unreliable and then to lies and unethical practices. I have been following up for almost 4 months now for my deposit and it’s met with too many back and forth. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to refund a deposit after how many months of leaving the property. The worst case scenario is the audacity to archive the Tenancy Deposit portal and update this payment has been made whereas they are yet to make this payment. This is a very poor practice and unfortunately I have lost all trust with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents. I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with Leaders as they will be frustrated when it comes with customer service satisfaction and their dealings with financial transactions as they have no business integrity or whatsoever. This is still an ongoing issue with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents as they are yet to refund my Deposit.
15th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)shame 1 star isn’t an option. worst letting agents i have ever dealt with. proposed rent increases, despite half the property being unusable due to mould and damp, that boothroyd refused to address until after we’d vacated the property? genuinely disillusioned at the emails from the team with no regard for their disabled tenants. embarassing

Jan has been so amazing throughout the whole process, going above and beyond if every aspect, I cannot thank her enough for the commitment to our sale, and dragging it over the line at the 11th hour. Having not moved in many years, I had a lot of questions, but she was always there to guide me with clear, knowledgeable advice. Her support made the whole process feel much less daunting, and I always felt in safe hands. I am very grateful for her professionalism and would highly recommend her.
13th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)I’ve used Redbrick as a letting agent for the past 4-5 years and they are far superior to any other agent I’ve used previously. Compliance is spot on, deposits are secured on time and documentation issued. Patrick will also offer a one to one with landlords and assess current problems with tenants / letting agents and look at the best possible solution.
25th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Dreadful. Made enquiries about selling mother-in-law's house after she passed. After a litany of problems with these guys, decided not to hire them. Six months and multiple requests later, they're still calling and emailing. Don't ever give them your contact details or you'll never hear the last of it.

A truly professional estate agency with real common sense (sadly rare these days). They navigated the entire process smoothly, even when things got challenging, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless. Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference and really put me at ease. I would highly recommend Encasa to anyone looking to buy a property they’ve been brilliant and helped me secure my first home ??
21st Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Referencing process is excessive and intrusive even after submitting payslips and bank statements, they still ask for full bank transaction access. Holding deposit is taken immediately (non-refundable), while delays continue. On top of that, responses are often rude and unhelpful.

Its been three weeks and I havent been able to duplicate my loss key to my house! Why do you guys even have him?? If you guys are never open, dont display opening hours on Google

8th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)I’d like to commend Maison Estates for their prompt and efficient response in resolving maintenance issues at my property. I reported a leaking bathroom hand basin and a broken window lock handle, and received an immediate response from the Property Manager, Absar Sarwar, who assured me that a contractor would be arranged. The contractor arrived the same day and successfully fixed both issues. I am very pleased with the level of service provided by Maison Estates and truly appreciate their professionalism and swift action.

22nd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)I have only good words to say about the team at Bayzos. My experience was so much better than I’ve had previous with other agents. Bayzos appear to have thought about what the customer wants and needs and have done everything they can to make it happen. From the initial contact, valuation and advice on what I could do to add to the appeal of the house - thanks James, to the viewings arranged and managed by Leah - immediate comms and feedback on WhatsApp made me feel completely confident in the process. Then support from Jack and also the constant comms and pushing from sales progression team Karen and Michelle. I’ve probably forgotten someone! Seamless and professional but also personal. Thank you!

13th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)From the start dealing with "Jerry" who is now no longer there (good) felt very pressured buying our first home with this company, sellers solicitor kept wanting to put completion dates in before our solicitor had finished checks, kept getting calls and emails for "updates" Evan though said multiple times speak to our solicitor as was in there hands (we had done our bits), some information we was not told about from the seller either which would of been nice and wouldn't of delayed things if truthful, some of the staff in the office was talking abit inappropriately in the background when me and my partner had to come in, if we purchase another property we will go with another estate agents.

Communication was good across the whole process between us, buyers and solicitors. Any queries were answered and dealt with professionally and in a prompt and friendly manner.
