The purchase took a little longer than expected to go through, but they were proactive in chasing the solicitors when needed and kept both us and the seller fully updated throughout the process. Their communication and support made everything much less stressful.

They navigated the entire process smoothly, even when things got challenging, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless. Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Communication was excellent throughout and we always felt well informed. They organised a great open day which led to a quick sale, and everything was handled smoothly. 3rd Jun 2026 (15 days ago)They are not reliable. you do not get a timely response, you have to call many times without any result. If you send an email on Friday, by Monday they do not know. Look for another agency, you cannot trust them.

Their communication is excellent, if I had any questions or needed something to be clarified they were always on hand to help. Thank you to all the team but a special mention to Chris, he went above and beyond.
3rd Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Darren and Aimee were absolutely wonderful. From the initial contact, through to the viewings everythin went smoothly. They set up a WhatApp group and queries were always answered within the hour. The house never actually had a "For Sale" sign up as it was sold so quickly that the only sign said "Sold". They had also clearly understood the situation of the buyer - so there were no complications at all along the way. From offer to completion in well under two months says it all. Totally professional and more!
