The staff were friendly and helped us sort out the paperwork quickly. When we picked up the keys, the house was clean and ready for us. Any small questions we had during our first week were answered right away. We are very happy with their service and would recommend them to other renters.

25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)The entire team helped me through a difficult time and a prolonged sale, impacted by the usual as well as extraordinary events in the near east, which impacted prices and confidence across the country. From initial appointment through completion, I was always treated like a human being. Over the course of the sale, I got to speak with and know most of the team and they all worked diligently, authentically and honestly to get my sale over the line (which also included so many shenanigans from the other side's lender!). I am so glad I chose Archer Bassett. Special shout outs to Stephanie and manager, Mark; also Jo and Stefan too!).

They are both approachable and easy talk to.<br><br>The conveyancing solicitor they recommended was very good too.<br><br>I would absolutely recommend YourDreamPad and I would use their services again.<br><br>Thank you again Richard and Molly, I couldn't have received a better service.

1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Absolutely terrible experience with this letting agency. They called us themselves, arranged and confirmed property viewings, and then nobody from the agency showed up. We were left waiting with no explanation, and when we tried calling them, they didn’t answer.<br><br>This has happened to me multiple times, so this clearly isn’t just a one-off mistake. If you can’t organise a viewing properly or have someone actually turn up, don’t waste people’s time by booking appointments you have no intention of attending.<br><br>Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful of customers’ time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this letting agency to anyone.
