14th Nov 2023 (5 mo. ago)Just a number for cash rather than a person with a home. Constant contact until you sign your name then you’re just a means to an end to get their commission quickly. Zero customer service or interest in sellers needs.
24th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Brookbank’s agent was very helpful with his comments and advice. We would have no problem making. them ‘sole agent’ if we put the house up for sale in the future.

19th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Kelly seems smart and experienced, however the sales negotiator who was doing the viewings wasn’t very good. I got 6 viewings in the whole time I was listed with them, which they insisted was normal. I Switched agents and got 11 in 48 hours. I just don’t think they have the resources to sell things the way other agents do. I think if your property is exceptional and will sell regardless, they are a good option as they are cheap, but Otherwise they’re best avoided.

26th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Verbally confirmed that i had a room, awaiting move-in date/paperwork and then cancelled it on me 4 days later. Really helpful. Tina(director) dealing on behalf of her son so possibly conflict of interest in dealing professionally on the matter.
25th Sep 2021 (2 years ago)Criena at Heritage Estates did a great job in securing the sale of my fathers house......She was on the ball and pushed others in the housing chain when things needed to be given a 'bit of a push....She communicated well and was always available and replied to telephone calls and e mails when required....Many thanks Criena ! good luck in the future .!...thoroughly recommended.
6th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Tried to call the agency multiple times, but no one answered, got a mobile number from the answering machine. Called the mobile number, but again no one answered... after a moment I got a text message: "Sorry, I can't talk right now", so I replied that I am interested in this and that property, blah blah blah and I asked him (probably) to call me as soon as he can... never received a call. I called one more time the next day, but of course there was no answer, so I sent another message saying that I was waiting for a call yesterday, I am still interested in the property, and can he call me asap. He replied with apologies and assurance that he will call me later to arrange the viewing for the next day... yes you guessed it, he never called. So I texted him again after 7h trying to arrange the viewing. He texted me back asking for the detail of who wants to move in, income, move in date, etc. I sent him all the details and asked him to call me next day in the morning in regards to the viewing. Next day at almost 1pm, instead of the phone call, I received a message explaining that he tried calling, but I never picked up (I did not have any missed call), and I can call him back when I am free, so I called back within 10 min... of course there was no answer... after few minutes I got a text saying that he cannot talk, because................ HE IS IN THE VIEWING!! So why did he say that I can call whenever I am free?!?! He also said he will call me in next 30 min... I am still waiting for his phone call after 3 days. I am very patient person, because everybody makes mistakes or is too busy to keep up with everything in one day, but this gentleman was obviously not taking me seriously for some reason and was very unprofessional. I usually do not even bother to give a negative comment, but tbh if I could, I could give no stars. Have a good day.
