From the very first viewing of the property right through to moving in and even afterwards, Caroline has gone above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>She has been incredibly professional, patient, approachable and understanding. Whenever I have had a question or needed help with anything, she has always been willing to assist and has genuinely made me feel supported rather than just another tenant.<br><br>Moving home can be extremely stressful, but having Caroline there throughout the process made such a difference to me and my family. Amanda, Kirstey & the whole team have been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite & always available on the phone, email or in person to answer or help with any enquiries. I honestly have no hesitation in recommending them to friends, family or anyone looking for a great team & Estate agents.....

3rd Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would never use this company after the experience I’ve had living next to one of there tenants what for 4 years, please be careful as they don’t take no responsibility and the person letting it thinks it’s not there problem<br>Dartford as as bad as old Derrick at Northumberland heath and he was a real bad experience for people I know<br>I recommend wisdom, they are amazing

15th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)Went in to ask about a property and was met by one of the estate agents who was very rude and unhelpful the whole time was unbothered to help and would say they would get back in contact when we didn’t hear anything got in contact via phone and was told again they will get back to us it’s been 3 months all I have to say is the estate agents are Livermore’s Crayford branch are lazy. Don’t recommend at all!

Luke was always friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with, and kept us updated throughout the process.<br>Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but we always felt that we could reach out with questions and get a quick, reassuring response. We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. 10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)The only thing I’d criticise is that the tone of one of the office staff was a little hectoring. In selling a house, I think the agent ought to suggest, rather than push, options. But it was just one person and I didn’t have to deal with them too much.
3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)An excellent experience from beginning to end.<br><br>From the very first conversation, the whole process with this estate agent was excellent. Getting an initial valuation and pulling together what the property listing would look like was handled really well, with a very quick turnaround. There were some frank and honest conversations around expectations, the likely selling price and how the sale would work, which gave me a lot of confidence that I was getting realistic and sensible advice rather than simply being told what I wanted to hear.<br><br>Once the property went on the market, things moved incredibly quickly. Within a couple of days, there were over a dozen viewings booked in and, from that first batch of viewings alone, multiple offers came in. The team did a great job of managing all of this and kept me regularly updated with feedback from viewings and developments with the offers.<br><br>When it came to deciding between the offers, they were happy to talk me through the options and the next steps, making sure I understood everything before making a decision. Once the final offer was accepted, the team continued to be just as involved. They kept in regular contact, kept me apprised of progress and were proactive in chasing both my solicitors and the buyer's solicitors when needed. This made a potentially stressful part of the process much easier to manage.<br><br>Throughout the entire sale, the communication was exceptional. I always felt that I knew what was happening and, importantly, I knew that there was someone at the end of the phone if I wanted to discuss any aspect of the sale. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>The whole team were professional, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely committed to getting the sale completed. Everything went very smoothly, and I attribute a large part of that to their knowledge, experience and proactive approach.<br><br>I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property. An excellent service from start to finish.
