15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Went in to ask about a property and was met by one of the estate agents who was very rude and unhelpful the whole time was unbothered to help and would say they would get back in contact when we didn’t hear anything got in contact via phone and was told again they will get back to us it’s been 3 months all I have to say is the estate agents are Livermore’s Crayford branch are lazy. Don’t recommend at all!

7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Having had recent dealings with other estate agents that had been less than ideal, I was really impressed with the service and professionallism shown by Paul and Luke at the Plumstead Common branch. Communication from start to finish was first class and combined with the helpful advice throughout it couldn't have gone better. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend ??????.
12th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Staff at Chattertons was amazing with the sale of the property we have bought. They are friendly and kept us informed all the time.
After our sale, and when we were in the area afterwards, we went in to say hi, and they were so lovely. Smiley, warm people. Directed us to places of interest in the area, and we can't wait to explore the area.
Would recommend Chattertons!
17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)From start to finish the team looked after us and our property, ensuring that our questions were swiftly and thoroughly responded to, and keeping us informed at all times. They provided good and clear advice and explained the whole process really well. They obviously work very well as a team as if one person was unavailable, another would step straight in. We have been using Alan de Maid for both letting and now selling for over 30 years and would most definitely recommend.- 29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a really positive experience with Alan de Maid, from initial viewings through to completion. Thomas Kenny was professional, friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He was very adaptable to what we needed to happen at different points throughout the purchase and we felt supported throughout, which made it feel much less stressful!

22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)An all-round great experience.
From my initial meeting with Chris when marketing and listing my late mothers retirement flat through to Liam and Holly coordinating viewings and Alyson fully in control of sales negotiations, the team at Fox Estate Agents have been nothing short of a breath of fresh air.
Because of the small family run nature of the business, and unlike other agents, when you call or email Foxes you speak to the team who know exactly who you are and the state of your property transaction. If there is something that they don’t know about your transaction or you have a request, then they find out and call you back! You are always welcome to visit the office to discuss matters face to face which is refreshing.
Alyson was calm and reassuring during a particularly long and arduous sales negotiation stage and was proactive in providing helpful progress and coordination updates, particularly with solicitors, which reduces the stress and soothes even the bumpiest of sales and purchase processes. She’s not afraid to ‘bump heads together’ if required – even on her days off!
Knowledge and experience of the local area and their professionalism sets Foxes apart from other agents. I will be appointing Fox Estate Agents on my next property sale and would recommend them to anyone who is serious about their own sale or purchase.
Thank you all so much to the whole team.
12th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Much thanks to the Platform Property Oxted team for all their help on the purchase of my first house. We completed in a few months and they were super attentive through the process. Highly recommend.

7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Matt throughout our first home purchase.

As first-time buyers, the whole process initially felt quite daunting, but Matt was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was always approachable, patient and willing to explain things clearly, making sure we understood what was happening at each stage. He was incredibly responsive, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to help us.

What stood out most was that we always felt we had someone who genuinely cared about making all things happen , rather than simply going through the motions.

Buying our first home was a huge milestone for our family, and having Matt supporting us made the experience considerably easier and less stressful. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough — truly a 5-star service.

Thank you, Matt, for all your help and support!
17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We have recently completed on the sale of our family home which was handled expertly by Dan and his team. From the initial meeting and valuation with Dan he made us feel at ease and confident in his abilities. Throughout the whole process the communication with the team was exceptional, we even had responses late into the evening which shows how much care is taken to look after there clients. Would we reccomend Dan Thomas & Co? We already have to one of our neighbours and would highly reccomend there services to anyone looking to sell. We felt they was small enough to care but also large enough to receive the best of services. To us it's the little things like the telephone always being answered, emails and Whatsapp messages being anserwed very promptly. Thank you once again to Dan and his wonderful team.
17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We have been looking for a rental property and Kristian has shown us a couple, one of which we will be moving into. Kristian has been really great with communication throughout and helped to explain things as we are new to renting. Thank you!
