23rd Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)So far we are very happy with their service ( still in process ) dealt with Ann McDonald who has been on the ball with everything even to all our questions, nothing seems to be too much trouble. Will continue with revue when all is complete.
2nd Apr 2026 (28 days ago)The Robinson Jackson staff were very helpful throughout our househunting and purchase. They kept the wheels greased at both ends and made for a smooth process. We hope not to have to use them or any estate agents in the near future for obvious reasons, but if we were to move we would happily use them again.
8th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)One of the worst experience in letting properties.They are good on selling/buying properties,tricky and ignoring emails without response,lack of flexibility and not willing to communicate personnel at Abbey Wood branch!The handling of client funds in my situation has been particularly concerning.

13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Value of property from P property was recommended 270 which I felt was low. Decided to sell @ 280 as thought property was worth that. Luckily that’s the price I was offered. Abbie very good at her job on attending viewing. How ever very disappointed on communication & advertising Didn’t feel enough was done to promote the property felt that it had gone stagnant. Only one viewing at first back in September & second not until this Saturday 11th January. no phone call in between to reassure me that I could possible sell my house
