18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)This is a personal review on a fantastic member of staff who has been looking after our home for almost a year.
Our estate agent Agit, has gone above and beyond for us on numerous occasions. We have never had an estate agent, previously as a tenant or as a landlord now, that has been so organised, proactive and helpful! Every email is responded to punctually and he’s just on it, always. We couldn’t be happier with the service he is providing us. So this is a ?????????? review on him personally, as we are so incredibly thankful and feel extremely well looked after.
I didn’t know how else to give you recognition other than to post on here… but I hope this gets you internal recognition within Acorn, as you are a huge credit to the company.
Thanks again Agit!

15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Went in to ask about a property and was met by one of the estate agents who was very rude and unhelpful the whole time was unbothered to help and would say they would get back in contact when we didn’t hear anything got in contact via phone and was told again they will get back to us it’s been 3 months all I have to say is the estate agents are Livermore’s Crayford branch are lazy. Don’t recommend at all!
12th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Staff at Chattertons was amazing with the sale of the property we have bought. They are friendly and kept us informed all the time.
After our sale, and when we were in the area afterwards, we went in to say hi, and they were so lovely. Smiley, warm people. Directed us to places of interest in the area, and we can't wait to explore the area.
Would recommend Chattertons!
19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Aaron and Simran were communicative and professional throughout the lettings process. RentProfile, their referencing company also moved pretty quickly as well. I would definitely recommend Big Move to meet anyone’s housing needs.

15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend Mark & all the team at David Evans & Co @ Plumstead. They are incredibly attentive, and made you feel as a customer that they can be relied upon to provide a first class class service at all times. Their fees are very competitive, and with the benefit of hindsight, I made the best possible choice to manage selling and also buying of the properties concerned.

Top draw stuff ??????????????

5th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)If you are a landlord DO NOT use this agency. Constant lies and gaslighting caused ongoing issues for our property. Very efficient when they want your business but after that just ghost you. LANDLORDS BEWARE If I could give zero stars I would

9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)The best estate agents I’ve ever worked with. My sale was quite complex, with delays and hold ups in the chain that were outside our control, but the team went above and beyond to keep things moving. They handled everything with professionalism, urgency and a personal touch that I really appreciated.

Communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, someone was there to answer, and I always felt confident they were working hard behind the scenes. Thank you also to Jamie for making me feel welcome from the outset and giving me confidence that I’d chosen the right estate agents.

I really appreciate everyone’s efforts in getting the sale over the line. 6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Paul was super helpful from day one — quick to respond, always willing to sort out any hiccups along the way, and made our whole moving process so much smoother. That kind of service is rare. If I could give 7 stars, I would. Highly recommend!
12th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Very diligent people. James Willis came to my house with a detailed report on how my house could be priced and what I could do to improve it. James and I had long discussion about what the price of our house could be in order to attract maximum viewings.

Other than that, Langford Russell Estate Agents also helped me carry out some viewings for the next house. They have very good service indeed
