Sam and Stephanie did their utmost to keep things progressing, were quick to respond to our enquiries and always kept us informed. Would happily recommend them.

18th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.
15th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)Went in to ask about a property and was met by one of the estate agents who was very rude and unhelpful the whole time was unbothered to help and would say they would get back in contact when we didn’t hear anything got in contact via phone and was told again they will get back to us it’s been 3 months all I have to say is the estate agents are Livermore’s Crayford branch are lazy. Don’t recommend at all!

He was responsive, transparent, always on hand when needed and got our sale over the line. So yes I would highly recomend using Bigmove

This included taking my calls at all sorts of times She really cared that the sale was eventually successful and went 200% to make that happen whilst retaining a sense of humour. What more could anyone want!

I was looking to have a valuation on a property, however unsure of the process. Kevin’s expertise of process knowledge inclusive of wonderful customer service really stood out in comparison to other agencies. I definitely would recommend family and friends to contact the Eltham office for assistance. Exceptional service!

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. They were honest and realistic about the price and expectations, which gave me confidence from the start and made the whole process straightforward.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Nathan Robinson, who was absolutely superb throughout. He was courteous, friendly and professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.<br><br>We would happily recommend the team, and particularly Nathan, to anyone looking to sell their property.
