Acorn have been fantastic through the whole process; from finding a property to letting it out. Luisa has been great at managing the letting of the property making everything easier and less time consuming for me. I highly recommend Acorn’s service.

Following the end of our two year tenancy, Acorn consistently ignored emails from my former flatmates and I politely and patiently enquiring about the return of our deposit. They kept us in the dark about any proposed deductions until almost three months post-departure, prompted by us escalating the issue to management. They didn't provide us with quotes or invoices to support the list of proposed charges until after they submitted our case for formal dispute resolution (without our consent). Their lack of professionalism and their mismanagement of our case meant we were never given a fair opportunity to assess the charges and attempt to reach an amicable resolution with the landlords, which was always our intention. Despite pleasant interactions with Acorn throughout our tenancy, communicating with them post-departure has been exasperating due to their lack of transparency and the disrespect they've continually shown us. We're relieved we finally have our deposit back and never have to deal with them again, and would encourage anyone who cares about the fair treatment of tenants to avoid Acorn.
