From the outset, the process was far from straightforward, with a number of challenges arising along the way, particularly around communication with the sellers and various other complexities. Despite these obstacles, the team remained professional, proactive and supportive at every stage.<br><br>David and Verity were outstanding throughout the purchase process. They consistently kept us informed, responded quickly to queries, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help overcome issues as they arose. Their persistence, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring progress was made a significant difference, and we are genuinely grateful for the role they played in helping us successfully complete the purchase.<br><br>On the sale of our property, Oliver and the wider sales team were equally impressive. From the very first viewing of the property right through to moving in and even afterwards, Caroline has gone above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>She has been incredibly professional, patient, approachable and understanding. Whenever I have had a question or needed help with anything, she has always been willing to assist and has genuinely made me feel supported rather than just another tenant.<br><br>Moving home can be extremely stressful, but having Caroline there throughout the process made such a difference to me and my family. 3rd Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)I would never use this company after the experience I’ve had living next to one of there tenants what for 4 years, please be careful as they don’t take no responsibility and the person letting it thinks it’s not there problem<br>Dartford as as bad as old Derrick at Northumberland heath and he was a real bad experience for people I know<br>I recommend wisdom, they are amazing

She was incredibly supportive, understanding, and patient, taking the time to listen to what I was looking for and always keeping me informed.<br><br>Even though I ultimately decided the area wasn’t quite right for me, Shannon’s help and professionalism never wavered, she made the whole journey stress-free and treated me with such care and respect. It’s rare to find such genuine dedication and kindness in an estate agent.<br><br>I’d absolutely recommend Wards Eynsford to anyone looking for property, especially if you want someone reliable and compassionate like Shannon on your side.

1st Jun 2026 (16 weeks ago)I have got to say that from day one we found Robert to be a very personable person & also, at a later stage, ditto to Mathew. We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. We would both like to say a massive thank you for everything. We would certainly highly recommend them. John & Tracy

The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken
10th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)The only thing I’d criticise is that the tone of one of the office staff was a little hectoring. In selling a house, I think the agent ought to suggest, rather than push, options. But it was just one person and I didn’t have to deal with them too much.
3rd Sep 2026 (17 days ago)An excellent experience from beginning to end.<br><br>From the very first conversation, the whole process with this estate agent was excellent. Getting an initial valuation and pulling together what the property listing would look like was handled really well, with a very quick turnaround. There were some frank and honest conversations around expectations, the likely selling price and how the sale would work, which gave me a lot of confidence that I was getting realistic and sensible advice rather than simply being told what I wanted to hear.<br><br>Once the property went on the market, things moved incredibly quickly. Within a couple of days, there were over a dozen viewings booked in and, from that first batch of viewings alone, multiple offers came in. The team did a great job of managing all of this and kept me regularly updated with feedback from viewings and developments with the offers.<br><br>When it came to deciding between the offers, they were happy to talk me through the options and the next steps, making sure I understood everything before making a decision. Once the final offer was accepted, the team continued to be just as involved. They kept in regular contact, kept me apprised of progress and were proactive in chasing both my solicitors and the buyer's solicitors when needed. This made a potentially stressful part of the process much easier to manage.<br><br>Throughout the entire sale, the communication was exceptional. I always felt that I knew what was happening and, importantly, I knew that there was someone at the end of the phone if I wanted to discuss any aspect of the sale. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>The whole team were professional, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely committed to getting the sale completed. Everything went very smoothly, and I attribute a large part of that to their knowledge, experience and proactive approach.<br><br>I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property. An excellent service from start to finish.
