30th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to the Hamptons teams (Sevenoaks and Blackheath) for managing the sale of our five bedroom property in Chislehurst. Hamptons marketing to potential purchasers resulted in a regular viewings by worthy parties. In addition, the communications we received before and after each viewing was much appreciated so that we always felt appraised of the interest in our property. In the lead up to exchange of contracts and then sale completion, Hamptons played very helpful role to liaise with our purchasers. This enabled a smooth and amicable path to completion. For their professionalism, knowledge of the market, attention to detail, regular advice & guidance and first rate communications, we would recommend Hamptons without reservation.

The process was straightforward and our questions were answered really quickly. We especially appreciated how responsive annd helpful our Property Manager, Rachel, was throughout the tenancy process. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property!

8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I highly recommend Medway Mortgage Shop if you are looking to secure a mortgage, remortgage, or sell your property. I am a first time buyer and Audrey at MMS helped me to secure a mortgage and made what is typically quite a daunting process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Audrey was incredibly helpful - she explained the whole process clearly and found me the best deal possible. During the conveyancing process the mortgage rates dropped, and Audrey took the time to let me know and re-submit my mortgage application so I could get the lower rate. The communication from everyone at MMS was fantastic - they are very quick to respond, happy to help with any queries, and offered a great service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for any mortgage needs. Fantastic service, thank you Audrey & MMS!

They were tenacious in getting it over the line, accommodating, professional, helpful, kind, and understanding. Buying a house can be very stressful, but they team at Fox Estates really helped to make the process easier and smoother. Very highly recommended.

Shannon, Luisa and Carl genuinely pulled out all the stops to find us another buyer within a couple of weeks. Aside from the professional side, I found them to be genuinely nice people to deal with (in contrast to the usual 'salesy' demeanor of other agents I have dealt with in the past). Once again, Judy Day was meticulous and diligent in progressing our sale and took all the stress out of things. This move represented the third time I've purchased a property and the second time I've sold one and I can honestly say Wards are the best agent I've dealt with. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Charlotte was also brilliant throughout the process and kept everything moving smoothly. Communication was excellent, and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. I would highly recommend MMS to anyone looking for mortgage advice, especially first-time buyers. We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken
