We were left high and dry after dealing with the worst estate agent in Otford, only to find ourselves thankfully in very capable hands. Seamless rental arranged by Paddi/Rose while waiting for our purchase to go through. Can't fault any of the process, always available to speak to, timely responses to emails. Hamptons went above and beyond. Many thanks.

The staff was kind and accommodating (Katie, Megan, Angela), and when something needed addressed, Rachel was helpful, responsive, and prompt. A rare bright spot in this awful market. Would gladly let a property advertised by Cavendish.

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

From the very beginning, Lorraine and nick and the whole team were friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout what was a long and sometimes stressful process.<br><br>As first-time buyers and both being self-employed, there were definitely challenges along the way, but Lorraine always kept us updated, answered our questions, and was so reassuring whenever we needed it. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Today we finally got the keys to our first home, and we’re so grateful for all the hard work, patience, and kindness shown to us throughout. 24th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)When we first rented out our property through this agency two years ago, everything went smoothly, so I never expected to be writing a review like this.<br><br>After one of our tenants moved out, we requested an updated tenancy agreement. The landlord approved the change, and we were told that a new agreement would be prepared. More than three weeks later, we are still waiting.<br><br>I have contacted the agency several times by email and phone and have also left voicemail messages. On one occasion, I received a callback and was told that a response to my email was being prepared, but nothing ever arrived. Since then, there has been complete silence.<br><br>I understand that administrative work can take time, but ignoring clients for weeks without any update is simply unacceptable. A quick email or phone call would have been enough to explain the delay.<br><br>It's very disappointing to see such a significant decline in communication and customer service.
