16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)The support from the team on a sale that didn't go as smoothly as everyone had hoped, was massively appreciated. I was kept up to date on the progress, and emails sent were responded to very quickly.
9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)As a first-time buyer, I recently completed on a house purchase that took around five months, and overall I found Onkar and Simon reassuring and helpful throughout the process.<br><br>My job often means I’m unable to answer calls immediately, but I never had any issue returning calls when I was able to, or communicating via email. Calls were generally the quicker option, but it was reassuring to have email as an alternative when needed.<br><br>There were quite a few issues during the purchase that were clearly outside the estate agent’s control, and these understandably created some confusion along the way. Despite this, I found both Onkar and Simon to be fairly reassuring throughout. One particular example was when a chain unexpectedly appeared where there hadn't been one previously. Onkar, despite having only just returned from leave, went out of his way to try to establish what had happened and why.<br><br>As this was my first purchase, having people who were willing to help clarify things and provide some reassurance was particularly appreciated. I can’t really comment on their service from a seller’s perspective, as my interaction with them was naturally limited to the buying side, but based on my experience, I can’t fault them too much and would be happy to recommend them.
18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)This is a personal review on a fantastic member of staff who has been looking after our home for almost a year.<br>Our estate agent Agit, has gone above and beyond for us on numerous occasions. We have never had an estate agent, previously as a tenant or as a landlord now, that has been so organised, proactive and helpful! Every email is responded to punctually and he’s just on it, always. We couldn’t be happier with the service he is providing us. So this is a ?????????? review on him personally, as we are so incredibly thankful and feel extremely well looked after.<br>I didn’t know how else to give you recognition other than to post on here… but I hope this gets you internal recognition within Acorn, as you are a huge credit to the company.<br>Thanks again Agit!

18th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.
15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Went in to ask about a property and was met by one of the estate agents who was very rude and unhelpful the whole time was unbothered to help and would say they would get back in contact when we didn’t hear anything got in contact via phone and was told again they will get back to us it’s been 3 months all I have to say is the estate agents are Livermore’s Crayford branch are lazy. Don’t recommend at all!

They are friendly and kept us informed all the time.<br>After our sale, and when we were in the area afterwards, we went in to say hi, and they were so lovely. Smiley, warm people. Directed us to places of interest in the area, and we can't wait to explore the area.<br>Would recommend Chattertons!

16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Sydney is a complete liar and incompetent. We made an offer and they tried to discourage us, to make us look elsewhere. After stalling and wasting our time for a while, they told us our offer was rejected without any official proof. They are completely unprofessional.

They are incredibly attentive, and made you feel as a customer that they can be relied upon to provide a first class class service at all times. Their fees are very competitive, and with the benefit of hindsight, I made the best possible choice to manage selling and also buying of the properties concerned.<br><br>Top draw stuff ??????????????

Wasted two months in referencing process for letting a small room in a shared house. asking for NI number , bank statements, and bank details of the whole family for renting.<br>I will never recommend this estate agent to anyone for renting or buying a property .

22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)An all-round great experience.<br>From my initial meeting with Chris when marketing and listing my late mothers retirement flat through to Liam and Holly coordinating viewings and Alyson fully in control of sales negotiations, the team at Fox Estate Agents have been nothing short of a breath of fresh air.<br>Because of the small family run nature of the business, and unlike other agents, when you call or email Foxes you speak to the team who know exactly who you are and the state of your property transaction. If there is something that they don’t know about your transaction or you have a request, then they find out and call you back! You are always welcome to visit the office to discuss matters face to face which is refreshing.<br>Alyson was calm and reassuring during a particularly long and arduous sales negotiation stage and was proactive in providing helpful progress and coordination updates, particularly with solicitors, which reduces the stress and soothes even the bumpiest of sales and purchase processes. She’s not afraid to ‘bump heads together’ if required – even on her days off!<br>Knowledge and experience of the local area and their professionalism sets Foxes apart from other agents. I will be appointing Fox Estate Agents on my next property sale and would recommend them to anyone who is serious about their own sale or purchase.<br>Thank you all so much to the whole team.

James and I had long discussion about what the price of our house could be in order to attract maximum viewings.<br><br>Other than that, Langford Russell Estate Agents also helped me carry out some viewings for the next house. They have very good service indeed
