29th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had our challenges with buyers lower in the chain pulling out and us risking losing the house we had set our hearts on, however Louise and the team on particular Nicola worked tirelessly to keep things moving, even working on days off to ensure she got the sale over the line. It was a very stressful 8 months but we never once lost faith in the Wards at Welling team and would always recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agents they can trust. We want to say a huge thank you to them all .

18th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

From the outset JDM Eltham's team guided and, to a certain extent, held my hand through the process, which is what I needed as selling houses is not my business. Their communication was timely and clear. I'd recommend them unreservedly.- 2nd May 2026 (2 days ago)We had jack come round and help us with all the paperwork. Staff very accommodating we had viewings on Saturday. The house was sold Tuesday excellent work.
23rd Apr 2026 (11 days ago)The experience of finding the flat and securing the contract was great! Shemya was super responsive and answered all my questions. She helped fast?track things so I could move in before a big trip, which was very much appreciated. Because of the rush, though, when I moved in the flat still had unwanted furniture and was dirty (which wasn’t the agency’s fault, but due to a non?compliant previous tenant). That said, they were very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to remove the furniture, allowing me to move in just a couple of hours later. Would give five stars, but I’ve currently been waiting over three weeks for a faulty dripping tap to be fixed with no response so far, so still waiting to see how the management side actually is. Will update this review accordingly in the coming weeks/months.

Holly has been quick and efficient to get everything sorted and she has done smoothly without any issues, I’m amazed it only took 2 days from visiting the property to having all of the paper work done and I got to chose what date would work best for me to move in. Holly has been so helpful in more ways than one and has been on the phone when I needed her and got everything sorted, thank you for all your help, I look forward to moving into this new property :)
