Living at a distance we were reliant on them to handle everything, which they did willingly, going the extra mile to provide outstanding service and a great result. We received regular clear communication and recommendations. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We would recommend them highly.

8th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)We didn’t have one viewer from them, communication was awful, promised to call on several occasions but never called once. We have sold our house with the previous estate agent, we was with before moving to Belvoir.
8th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)We were with Taylors for 12 weeks until we decided to leave due to having only one viewing. We felt the house was accurately priced however one viewing leaves us wondering about the marketing quality as other houses similar to our last in the area had sold. On a personal note the agent we dealt with was friendly, helpful and answered any questions swiftly.

7th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Shocking service, enquired on a unit had the joy of speaking to Stephanie who was extremely rude and basically told me my business was a joke and wouldn’t work. I’m shocked at the service from this business and will be staying well away.
12th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Our first mistake was to be talked into using their in-house solicitors because "it would be more efficient and it would be easier to contact them to follow up queries". The buyers also used the same firm of solicitors. It took 4 months for them to sell the property from when the offer was accepted to when we actually exchanged contracts. This included almost a month to verify our identities because we had to use a portal that wasn't fit for purpose. As there was no upward chain and we were selling to first-time buyers it should have taken half this time. The photographs on the brochure were good but we had to edit the captions because of the number of errors in it. We had to conduct the viewings ourselves because staff were unavailable. The property wasn't displayed in the window, and when I asked why I was told that "no-one looks in the window!" After the property was on the market for 2 weeks, they wanted to lower the asking price. Some emails were sent in error - one regarding the sale of another property! Weeks would pass without any progress having been made. Communication was very poor (during this time the buyers had 3 different solicitors handling their purchase) and we were never sure that the buyers were still interested in purchasing the house. Even the day before we completed they were asking for documents verifying my husband's identity! The whole experience was very stressful and the delays proved costly to us. The service we received from AP Morgan was not worth the fee charged.

She was able to meet nearly all of the prospective buyers, despite being on holiday for part of the time, which I found very helpful when deciding who to sell to.
30th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Really pleased with Bettermove, they sold my tenanted property to an investor within 10 days of listing it. Everything they promised they delivered on. Great communictaion and nice to speak to someone outside of office hours too. 5 stars!!
17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

I will be recommending exp to others and will use them again in the future.
