I was always kept in the loop about what was happening and emailed confirming any important events - e.g. viewing bookings, offers. I was really impressed with the photographs taken of my house.

7th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)I was thoroughly disgusted with the way I was treated. The agreement said they would show prospective purchasers around they showed one couple around I showed the remainder around. They did not once ring and let me know how things were going I did all the chasing. I would think twice about recommending them I think because you signed their agreement they can treat you like s t. Disgusted estate agents.

31st Jul 2022 (1 year ago)Stephen Peace was happy to keep reducing the price of our house in order to sell it. Unfortunately, we could not afford for him to do that so we changed agents to one with a more proactive approach.

16th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)What can I say! The best part about the process of buying our home was SWF, particularly Jack and Michelle. From the booking of the viewing Jack was professional, friendly and just so helpful, and this just carried on through the whole process. He kept us up to date and chased when needed for us, we never felt abandoned or ignored. We struggled with our solicitors causing a few delays and also other parties causing delays but through the whole thing both Michelle and Jack kept us totally up to date. Communication I must say was top notch and explanation's of processes throughout were just great to settle our minds when needed, we felt looked after. When it needed the extra push at the end Michelle was there to liase with the solicitors. They say you need good solicitors to move home but I believe you also need the best estate agents and they were phenomenal! Will highly recommend and would always use again. Thank you so much team for making our home a reality. It’s been a pleasure to do this with you both!

20th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Awful experience with this estate agents! They said we had a open house at 10am that we arranged. We arrived and there wasn't anyone there we waited 15 minutes we called and no answer.Decided to go home half a hour later they call at 10:45 asking where we are no apologies for being late or the waste of time and journey it took us to go to the property! awful service I don't reccommend buying or selling your house with this company AVOID!

16th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)Dixons made it really easy for us to move into our first home. We viewed the property with Mark and moved in within 2 weeks. Mark was very accommodating and even met with us to help measure the property once we were selected as tenants. The move in process was really smooth and easy, both Mark and Josh were informative and willing to help with all of our queries. We were very happy with the support Dixons gave us.

She has been very helpful and also professional both in how she shows houses and also her aftercare, following putting in ann offer, through to it being accepted. Any questions are answered promptly. She has shown skills that sometimes have been lacking in other, even more experienced estate agents we have had dealings with previously.

12th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Our first mistake was to be talked into using their in-house solicitors because "it would be more efficient and it would be easier to contact them to follow up queries". The buyers also used the same firm of solicitors. It took 4 months for them to sell the property from when the offer was accepted to when we actually exchanged contracts. This included almost a month to verify our identities because we had to use a portal that wasn't fit for purpose. As there was no upward chain and we were selling to first-time buyers it should have taken half this time. The photographs on the brochure were good but we had to edit the captions because of the number of errors in it. We had to conduct the viewings ourselves because staff were unavailable. The property wasn't displayed in the window, and when I asked why I was told that "no-one looks in the window!" After the property was on the market for 2 weeks, they wanted to lower the asking price. Some emails were sent in error - one regarding the sale of another property! Weeks would pass without any progress having been made. Communication was very poor (during this time the buyers had 3 different solicitors handling their purchase) and we were never sure that the buyers were still interested in purchasing the house. Even the day before we completed they were asking for documents verifying my husband's identity! The whole experience was very stressful and the delays proved costly to us. The service we received from AP Morgan was not worth the fee charged.

Alex was our agent and from valuation right through to completion he was nothing but professional and efficient. Communication is vital in the world of selling and buying and Alex was always on hand to guide us through and overcome any obstacles. I cannot rate them enough and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much ????
