24th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.
5th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!
12th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)At the end of tenancy, they don't respond to emails regarding the return of the deposit, TDS also didn't get any response from them , poor communication and poor service , not what you'd expect after renting from them for over 10 years . Avoid

16th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)What can I say! The best part about the process of buying our home was SWF, particularly Jack and Michelle. From the booking of the viewing Jack was professional, friendly and just so helpful, and this just carried on through the whole process. He kept us up to date and chased when needed for us, we never felt abandoned or ignored. We struggled with our solicitors causing a few delays and also other parties causing delays but through the whole thing both Michelle and Jack kept us totally up to date. Communication I must say was top notch and explanation's of processes throughout were just great to settle our minds when needed, we felt looked after. When it needed the extra push at the end Michelle was there to liase with the solicitors. They say you need good solicitors to move home but I believe you also need the best estate agents and they were phenomenal! Will highly recommend and would always use again. Thank you so much team for making our home a reality. It’s been a pleasure to do this with you both!

Josh our internal contact always returns call & keeps you up to date on all aspects. Would highly recommend this office.

Adam will work very hard for you and will always get back to you when you have any questions as will Cheryl. We cannot fault their professionalism. This was an emotional house move but all the staff handled it so sensitively. Although I mainly dealt with Julie who was great, I had dealings with most of the staff at one point or another and they are all wonderful. I have no hesitation in using them for your house sales or purchases. Five star!

Thieving clowns, very very very deceitful - 1 lie after the other. Should be investigated not fit to be a housing agent. Can never get through to them to fix issues with the property only concerned about taking money monthly. Stay away !!!!!!. I would give them a minus 100000 rating if I could

24th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Paul Bowater and his office assistant Jan are living legends. The best of old school...honest, caring, prompt, effective, understanding and proactive service. Estate agents often have a bad reputation and for good reasons, however from my experience of Bowater Drennan, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Trying to buy somewhere was a nightmare made bearable by these two wonderful people. Thank you SOOO much Paul and Jan. Your deserve honours at HRH's palace for services to home buying.
