Nicole did everything she could to help me over this very difficult time. She was kind, efficient and extremely conscientious; she instantly understood the difficulty and contacted the people concerned immediately, dealing with them with impressive tact and diplomacy whilst ensuring the best result for me that she could.<br><br>I am extremely thankful to Nicole for dealing with this with such thoroughness, honesty and integrity which nowadays is quite rare.<br><br>I cannot recommend Nicole and the lettings department highly enough to anyone who requires property management or is a prospective tenant.

20th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)??????????<br><br>I’ve used Select Property Management for over 20 years as a landlord and have consistently had a fantastic experience with them.<br><br>Steve, Gina, Debs, Julie, Lily, Janine, Nicola and Sue are all a real credit to the business. They’re always polite, supportive, approachable and, most importantly, they get things done.<br><br>What I particularly value is the balanced way they manage properties. While they provide excellent support to landlords, they also work hard to make sure tenants are treated fairly, kept informed and supported when issues arise.<br><br>If there is a maintenance problem or any other concern, the team communicate well, work with everyone involved and do their best to find a sensible and timely resolution. That balance between looking after the property, supporting the landlord and doing the right thing by the tenant is really important.<br><br>Communication is excellent across multiple platforms, and I’ve always found the team responsive, helpful and easy to deal with.<br><br>After more than 20 years of working with Select Property Management, I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Olivia, Tracey and Andrew were fantastic throughout the whole process — friendly, professional, responsive and always happy to chase things up and keep me informed.<br><br>Selling a property can be stressful, but I always felt well supported and that the team genuinely cared about getting the sale through.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone, especially Olivia, Tracey and Andrew. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

7th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)The estate agents came out very quickly and valued the house for more than we thought. They had an open day and the house was STC for full market value. That was brilliant. The only down side was they told us approx 3 months till completion but it was exactly 5 and it was quite difficult at times to get our calls returned. . Overall, I was very pleased with them. They also reccomended a solicitors as well as we didn't know any.

We changed to D B Roberts on the 23rd September 2026 and had an offer on the 21st October 2026, less than a month!!! They are so efficient, you can get them on the phone when needed which is rare these days. They keep you completely updated of what's going on, you don't have to chase them. We are so delighted that we put the house up for sale with them. I would 100% recommend them.

13th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Wouldn’t bother. I recently enquired into a flat and asked about viewing dates, only to be told the flat had already been let. I would understand, most places are bound to be taken quick. The issue I have with their response is the advertisement is still up and active on multiple letting sites, including their own.<br><br>EDIT: I was told 9am on the 11th August that the property was no longer available, I emailed back the same day informing you it was still listed as available on your own site. It is now past 10pm on the 13th August and it is still live.

They kept communication open at every stage, from preparing the listing and handling viewings. Their local knowledge combined with our auction platform gave the property maximum exposure and a great result for the seller and the buyer who is hopefully moving into their new homes this year.<br>A true example of what agents can achieve by collaborating rather than competing. They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.
