(1 reviews)17th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way
21st Nov 2023 (5 mo. ago)I was a bit disappointed with the advertising. The property was placed on Zoopla, but not on Rightmove as promised. When I enquired, I was told that there were technical issues but will soon be resolved. This did not happen and it was not advertised on Rightmove during the whole period. Additionally, I felt as if I needed to make contact with the agent first before any thing was actioned. For example, receiving paperwork, amendments to photos amendments to add wording etc. I would consider using Aston Fox again as I did like Matthew and his overall approach, however I found the rest of the staff lacking the same enthusiasm and ethos.

She responded promptly and ensured the problems were sorted and the purchase went through. I would recommend the Agents and Charley without hesitation.

17th May 2023 (1 year ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
4th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)I found Lloyds Residential excellent in dealing with the sale of my property. Considering the drop in house prices at the moment they managed to sell my house for a reasonable amount.
30th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)ReMax Caning town property sale team has totally disappointed us in every step of 6 weeks period of sale of our house and wasted our time. They made a good first meeting impression, compare to other 6 estate agents, which swayed us to go with them but from there it was total disaster. The listed cost of property was not discussed and advised properly, they agreed with our “wishful” house price to get us sign up with them, rather than advise against current market situation. The listing of our property has been unprofessional, copied twice with different prices and unmanaged even after countless requests. The availability of the sale team was getting worse every week up to the moment where weren’t able to reach anyone in four working days. We had very little or no feedback from them on any viewings of our property. Compare to our second chosen estate agents who were complete opposite on every step of successful house sale ReMax was terrible choice and I would recommend everyone with hope of smooth and quick property sale to AVOID ReMax estate agents altogether!!

20th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)Lack of communication, had to chase them for things to be done, lack of professionalism. I consider the three months the property was for sale with them was three months wasted. Property is now under offer with another agent within 3 days of being listed. Enough said …….
