She and the team made the whole experience very easy to understand and had great communication, sorting out any issues that came and trying to help as much as possible.

We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. 4th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

17th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Do NOT try and sell your property with Kings Group. My partner is a cash buyer. She made enquiries about seeing a couple of properties in Tottenham Hale. The agency never arranged it but bombarded her with mortgage advice emails that she doesn’t need and never signed up to. As a result she will never get to see those properties (Kings Group are clearly not interested in selling) and now if she sees any property advertised by Kings Group she ignores it. If you are with this agency please change. They are as bad as Fox and Sons
