I am a landlord and have used Morgan Randall to look after my property, I am sorry to say that they are absolutely useless, they have had many changes of staff in their property management section. They do not bother to respond to emails etc, once they have you tied into a contract they are just not bothered. In our case all they do is collect money and then pass it onto us and have no regard for customer service. On another note I do feel that their salesmen work extremely hard and are very good to help let your property out especially Jamie however they are badly let down by an incompetent property management section. It is such a shame as I am sure that they lose a lot of repeat business due to this.... Read more

One of the estate agents here was incredibly rude to my mother. We came in and asked if it was possible to have a viewing of a house a little earlier, and he was incredibly rude and actually sent us away. When the actual viewing was meant to take place, he then sent a colleague instead of coming himself. When my mother then made an offer on the house, her emails were ignored for over 24 hours (which is incredibly rude considering she is literally offering them money) and when they did get back to her the agent actually had the audacity to call her up and have a row with her down the phone because the offer was too low. Absolutely abysmal service and experience, and would not recommend at all.... Read more

"Money Grabbing Attitude". AVOID Absolutely unprofessional and time waster; they deliberately retained information from me just to ensure some 'back-up plan' to present the landlord to ensure their (shamefully expensive) fees are collected and not bothering to guarantee any sort of transparency and honesty. I was interested in renting a a flat listed by their branch in Bow E3. After discussing over the phone with the agent we have arranged a first viewing where they guaranteed I would have had the first slot available. On the day of the viewing they have cancelled on last minutes as "the tenant did not want to give them access". I understood the situation despite of the inconvenience caused to me in having to re-arrange another viewing. I once again asked for the first available slot, which was guaranteed for me just 2 days later. I once again took time off to attend the viewing. I called the branch in the morning to confirm and sent an email shortly after to confirm my attendance once more. The agent sent me an email (did not even bother to ring my phone and speak to me) to inform me that an offer submitted the week before was accepted and the property was therefore taken off the market.... Honestly, don't waste your money. 9/10 times when you win an auction products are faulty or missing. Use to buy from them but most of the products were faulty so i stop using them but i brought something again hoping i will get what i brought but i was totally scammed. One of the was clearly taped and probably opened by staff and they replace the actual product with some scraps so that box would have same weight. Honestly i would not recomand to buy from them except if the products are sealed or new but then you will have to pay near the original price.... Read more

Initial experience is great and very professional but our experience at the end of tenancy was terrible. We were charged around £400 for damages for stuff which was by previous tenants and while some of it was mentioned in the check in report, some of the stuff was never mentioned. Our fault we didn't look in to too much detail in check in report as we had an understanding with the staff at knight Frank maintenance but she left and the new staff Heather didn't budge. She didn't bother comparing check in and check out reports and we had to eventually pay as we didn't want to get in to the hassle. The amounts they charge are over priced, for instance key replacement for the window was charged at £75. Our rent refund calculations were not accounted for and after several polite reminders they looked in to it.... Read more
