16th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)I recently put my property up for sale with Drummond Miller. The “selling” part of this service was poor. It appeared as if the leading agent, Robert, didn’t care in the slightest, as emphasised by the very nonchalant responses to my queries throughout. My ad was also full of errors (including my address) and when pointed out I was assured this would be changed, which it wasn’t, prior to going live. Once sold I can’t fault the service in terms of the sale and legal work. Pam was professional, helpful and reassuring throughout the remainder of the process. I have mixed feelings towards Drummond Miller LLP now but due to the poor initial service I wouldn’t recommend.

12th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Worst experience of my life Everything was dirty, the manager or person in charge didn’t have our table ready and wait 30 min, the comunication very poor, ask for drinks and come way after food, and discover they were pour from big bottles keeping in room temperature no ice or nothing, the selection of food, everything frozen and no hygiene, no extraction in the place and you can see the mould on the walls No recommend this at all

Communication throughout the process was excellent and once we accepted the offer on our house the legal team at Thorntons were equally exceptional. Our solicitor was always on hand to answer our questions and provide us with best advice. Thank you for taking the stress out of selling a house!

She combined a friendly and approachable manner with expertise, professionalism and local knowledge. Being especially responsive and attentive to the fact we were not from the area, all issues were addressed immediately with clear communication to drive a quick resolution for us to complete the purchase of our flat in the beautiful city of Edinburgh.

24th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Ninety Property provided an excellent service in dealing with the sale of my property. Appointment was made with Nathan who offered good advice at initial meeting. It took a while for me to be in a position to market the property but no pressure was put on me to hurry this along. Was kept up to date on viewings and feedback. Solicitor recommended (Fulton's) was fantastic. Very happy with marketing and Solicitors fees. Would thoroughly recommend Ninety Property.
