I can't recommend Blair and his team at Annan highly enough! I found my dream home before my flat was on the market, and it sold within 6 working days, with impeccable support, and everything was able to move into conveyancing within 2weeks of my first contact with Blair!
Never had an experience like the one with this company. Fortunately never got to the stage of agreeing to sell my house, I never went ahead after hearing horror stories from my friends. This prompted me to ask some questions, none of which were answered how I would expect. All I would say is watch very closely if you are selling or renting with them - the solicitor I am now using says the owner Michael Annan is infamous in their business for the way he works. Will say one thing then do another.

I had a second hand car garage that i wanted to sell. These guys had been recommended to me by my cousin. They have done a great job for both me and my cousin. I spoke to a few companies and some of the fees where ridiculous and they all had cancellation fees except central business sales. This gave me the confidence that they where a descent lot.
We bought our restaurant from Central Business Sales in 2009. So we hoped they would still be going to sell it when we decided to retire. It was great to find out that they where still on the go and we dealt with the same 2 people we dealt with back in 2009.
They sold it with no fuss and we where very happy with their fees, but more impressed with the service. Catherine was fantastic and couldn’t have done any more than she did.
I can certainly recommend and believe that if they have been going for at least 10 years they must be doing something right.

I can't fault them. I was very skeptical when taking a tenancy with them after reading some of the comments here, but I must say that they were great at the start, when they allowed me to move in at a very short notice; they were helpful throughout when I had a coupe of issues at the flat and they were great at the end when I left. They even helped me have a friend take over the tenancy when I had to leave with short notice. Taryn was my main point of contact and he was always a great help. So from my experience I can only recommend them.
I am writing this review for my fellow humans. Please avoid using this agency. They will be very good until you decide to move out. No matter how much time you spend in cleaning, they will deduct £169.00 as professional cleaning fee and further £30.00 as admin fee. They will also charge another £50 for stains on different items. Please don't get trapped. I wish someone takes them to court and sue them and get them shutdown forever.
Having been a Landlord with Belvoir for a number of years, I’m happy to say that the service I receive and my tenants receive has improved dramatically having a dedicated contact for all my maintenance issues is perfect think it’s safe to say Ross and his team are working hard to improve the service day by day, I for one will gladly recommend Belvoir thanks again Mrs C.
Have been receiving dismissive treatment Jan.-Apr. 2017: ''The landlord is not in a position to carry out heating system improvements''. Been misled as to the heaters type at the viewing. The service improved after a another property manager took over, still ineffectual dealing with a water damage.
