14th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

Lynsey was our main contact and she did a great job and keeping g communication flowing and answering any concerns we had. Would 100% use next time
26th Mar 2022 (2 years ago)I can't recommend Patch Property highly enough. They were very reasonable with no hidden charges and sold my property really quickly. What makes the difference though, is the communication and customer service. The girls in the office get to know you and are interested in what's happening with your situation. I'm missing my chats with Jane! All are extremely knowledgeable and know the market inside out. Many thanks to all involved.

25th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)Yvonne and Stuart are very professional but at the same time they make you feel comfortable, they sold my house in a week!! I cant fault them at all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and if I ever need them again they will be my first port of call.

7th May 2024 (24 weeks ago)From start to finish the whole team at IVY Property were excellent. They took care of everything, from getting a Home Report to advertising and showing the property. They kept me in the loop and the property was sold quickly and for a good price. Really great service, they obviously care about their clients, whether selling or buying (I bought the property through IVY twelve years before!)

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. Def worth considering this independent where we feel we got a more personal approach. Thanks again Vanilla Square!
14th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)Very unprofessional agents, I'd go as far as to say awful. I live abroad and I had my property with them for about 12 years. When the tenant left I had to completely gut the place. They didn't do inspections as per their contract - they blamed covid restrictions but even once they were lifted they hadn't been to inspect it. All the window handles were rusted, the flat stunk of cat pee, every light was smashed, furniture broken, curtain rails hanging off the wall, the bath smashed, the wc broken. Yes the tenant is responsible but when you pay an agency to manage your property you expect them to do just that. When I collected my keys they had the cheek to tell me I had a bad attitude :-D
