14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

Mhairi, Joanne and Laura were very professional, very informative and kept him regularly updated throughout. He very quickly had a tenant in place and would highly recommend Slater Hogg & Howison to anyone. The entire experience was faultless and he is very thankful for all the kind help and advice offered ??????????

3rd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)So far so good if sale concludes on 21/12. Agent was very helpful with suggestions to improve the flat and very realistic about sale price. They also dealt with viewings and arranged a quick closing date Don’t have final bill yet but we were provided with a breakdown of costs

21st Mar 2024 (29 days ago)My wife was told by the property manager that she would be there at the property between 12:15 to 12:45. We reached the property at 12:27 and rang the buzzer. Since no one attended, I gave a call to their office at 12:28. The handler advised the property manager is running late and would arrive in a few minutes. So we waited in the lobby till 12:50, so we called again only to be told that the property manager left 10 minutes ago. We were waiting the lobby for someone to come and would have buzzed in repeatedly if we weren’t told the property manager was running late. I feel this is a case of clear misinformation. The handler then told us she assumed the property manager would be running late but she was there all along. She refused to take ownership and when I said I would like to log a complaint, she advised she would do it and send a confirmation to our email. We have not got any confirmation of a complaint yet. Both of us took time off work to attend this viewing, which is none of your concern but I believe you should respect our time. We were booked in for a viewing hence no one even bothered to contact us. And when we contacted, we were given false information. We were promised a complaint would be logged and nothing was done.

17th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I rented my mother's house in Bearsden a few years ago. The Property Bureau are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not check the house during the tenancy and when the tenants left the property was left in a disgusting state.

She explained everything in detail and made the whole experience stress free and if we had any questions or concerns we could call her straight away.
