She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.

Jonathan was readily contactable throughout the entire process and his advice/guidance was incredibly valuable. I would have no hesitation of using them again should I decide to sell in future.

What really stood out was how quickly they generated interest and secured strong offers — my property ended up selling for over the Home Report value, which I was absolutely delighted with. Their marketing strategy and local knowledge clearly made a big difference. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I was kept fully informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly. The whole experience felt smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when selling a home. Having been burnt previously by exceptionally poor service from DJA it has been a huge improvement to move to a professional service which manages property letting efficiently & professionally. Amanda Currie is my current property manager and is doing a great job. Keep up the good work!

Their staff are polite, professional, responsible, and hardworking. Every time I communicate with them, I feel respected and completely stress-free. Even after I had to withdraw my offer, their team remained approachable, understanding, and courteous, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommended.

From our very first viewing to completion, Gil was consistently welcoming, patient, and incredibly supportive. She always gave us a listening ear, answered every question with care, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Her professionalism was matched by her kindness, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. 10th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I'd say 1 star is too generous. As stated from numerous other reviews the owner George is a very unpleasant human being. From the very beginning I had issues with the storage heaters not working properly and horrible problems with damp and mould that kept getting ignored and not taken seriously and the solution to this was to keep all windows open all day and night in the height of winter( it was that cold my pipes had frozen) From this George lied to me about the landlord wanting me out of the property yet couldn't provide evidence of this all because he didn't want to take responsibility that his company was failing their basic responsibilities and during this conversation George actively threatened me with violence because I wasn't backing down to his bullying. After stating that I was recording the whole conversation he very quickly changed his tune and wanted to finally try and help but by doing this passed my number onto a central heating company to change over the storage heaters which I was to pay for myself which is ludicrous from a renter. Lastly when I moved out, I had the property cleaned and painted and left items that were already there when I moved in yet tried claiming I had left them and left the property in an unreasonable state especially marks on Walls that were continously having to be cleaned due to black mould, yet never contested giving back the full deposit which shows they were trying to be awkward and difficult for the sake of it. If you can, please stay away from this company.

18th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)I first approached Barry about selling our West End flat in the summer of 2024. Prices were comparable to the larger estate agents, but the real plus point was the service Walker Wylie provide, which goes above and beyond. Barry was patient when our search for a new property was slower than we had hoped, and gave us sound advice on the market and bidding. When we did eventually come to sell the flat in 2025, the process was smooth and everyone at Walker Wylie was helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend using their services for a more personal approach!

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

The pre contract and after sale care experience was notable for the quality of information, integrity and customer care. Having moved house several times in my adult life this was by far the best Estate Agent experience by a considerable measure. I would recommend Unicorn ( Mount Florida branch) without reservation

From the outset, timescales and realistic expectations of the sales price were given and were very accurate. I was delighted with the sales price achieved and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The support through the entire process has been incredible and I can say that I have had a few setbacks in the process (outwith any control) however the team have navigated me through it. Special shout out to Sharon who without that support it would not have went the way it has. Anyone anywhere really should go with these guys! Thank you Gary and Sharon you have both been amazing and I will forever be grateful to you.

Even although they are located in the west and we sold in Midlothian, it makes no difference. Don't just rely on local Estate Agents. Bohome know the market all over Scotland and happy to travel to your home with their friendly approach to ease the whole sale. Even following up with you after you move to ensure you're settling in. Highly recommend.
27th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Connaire helped us sell our house at the Cowglen development in Glasgow. He was fantastic from start to finish. Connaire did everything from replying to enquiries to carrying out the viewings and I think this way of working really helped get us a good buyer. I can’t recommend him highly enough, everything has been so smooth from on the market to selling. We are still going through the process of getting our buyers in but the team at Kelly have been great and keep us informed at every step.
