Once I met AK from Allen & Harris the whole process sped up one viewing followed the other. And by 1st of July I got to move in to my new own place. I’m so happy with how all the journey went, they helped me understand all the different legal stuff and stood by my side all the way till I got the keys. I can definitely recommend Allen & Harris for their efficiency and devotion to help you find the perfect place.

They were extremely professional and got the best price for our property. Every step was explained and when I had any queries, they were able to help efficiently. I decided to write this review because of Naz, who, ever since he contacted me during the period, has made my renting and maintenance easy and fast. I have had to call Naz on weekends and bank holidays, and Naz has never let me down; Naz always come through nicely and calmly. Even when my flat owner was selling and I was asked to vacate the flat, Naz was friendly and very helpful, making the leaving less of a worry. Then came the outstanding Soham, whom I met only when I was about to leave. Soham, too, is another lovely and gentle soul. My 5-star rating is for Naz and Soham, to let them know they are outstanding, and to everyone looking to rent with Martin & Co: relax, as Naz and Soham won't let you down.

Hannah Shearer and her team were exceptional. Gavin came out personally just days after our first email to provide a price evaluation. Once we decided to go with Countrywide, they wasted no time, taking photos and preparing a full marketing package for a later launch. Hannah priced the property strategically to attract maximum interest. After going live, we had numerous viewings, which led to several strong offers. Within a week, we accepted an offer well above our asking price. Throughout the process, Hannah and her team were not only highly efficient and productive, but also an absolute pleasure to work with.

13th May 2025 (9 weeks ago)A five-star service from Clyde West End on selling our property in Yorkhill/Finnieston, delivered by the fantastic Jack and Rachel. Truly a seamless journey and cannot recommend the team enough, especially given how daunting the process can seem. I'd previously sold through another estate agent and the difference was night and day. From the initial conversation, to the responsiveness, the marketing, the portal and everything in between — it was exceptional with Clyde!

Any minor repairs in the house (one of the radiators wasn't working) were fixed quickly and all paperwork and deposits were dealt with quickly. We would recommend renting with Burgh Property.

24th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They were extremely knowledgeable about the local market and gave us very realistic expectations about the price we could expect to achieve. We don't live in the area so relied on them to handle everything from start to finish which they did amazingly. The whole team were awesome and I would absolutely recommend them if you are selling property in or around Clydebank.

His approach is unique compared to the many estate agents that I have dealt with locally. This is usually a stressful time as I have discovered that not all of them deliver what is promised. Michael delivers and more. I was blown away by this gentleman's knowledge, commitment and love for his business and clients, I can't recommend him enough. There is no comparison between him and the others I have worked with. From our first meeting to completion he was outstanding. He not only went above and beyond, he delivered more than was promised or expected.

He took amazing photos that showed off the property really well, and unbelievably, it sold just one day after going on the market. His communication was clear and prompt throughout, and the fees were very reasonable too. If you’re looking for someone reliable and efficient to handle your sale, I’d definitely recommend Batchelor’s.
