20th Oct 2024 (3 days ago)I met with an agent at the property and then handed in keys so they could do viewings. I was told there was a afew viewings by email.but had to always ask for an update afterwards. I then had to request someone get in touch for an update and decided to drop the price aftershock it sold pretty quickly. 3 stars overall as.i wouldn't say there was anything outstanding so far just average.

His team at the office were also really helpful any time I called. He's got a brilliant support of businesses that he recommended which has made selling my house and absolute breeze. Their first hand knowledge of the current market meant my home sold for well over the market value. I could not be more happier with the service I received

But if they don't care about it, or maybe I, for example, am not the right business partner for them, I understand, because they are completely ignorant and completely ignored. now I understand why they have so many stars in the ratings review

Would recommend anyone to speak to the team about managing rental properties or selling a property. They have a great team ready to help.

4th Oct 2024 (19 days ago)Absolutely awful company. By far the worst letting agency on the market. The owner must be clueless or downright greedy as they steal people's deposits. So many others say the same thing, and they are literally the reason letting agencies get a bad rep. We left our apartment in immaculate condition, better than when we received it, which we have photo and video evidence of, yet they still deduct money from the deposit, so there is literally no point in cleaning your apartment when you leave as they will still deduct money from your deposit. Louis was also terrible to deal with, taking ages to reply and not helping whatsoever. AVOID.

We were constantly kept in the loop and never felt like we were asking silly questions. Everyone we have dealt with at Walker Wylie have done their utmost to help us with our move and we would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Absolute five star service from start to well after the sale had completed.

I would recommend this company. They are up-to-date about the market, and their customer service is personal.

24th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

18th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Montgreenan was recommended to me by a friend that I could trust. From the start Michael Palmer was very easy to deal with and very easy to understand. His programme of work to sell the house including filming and drone filming was exceptional. The house looked better than I would ever had thought! His fees were very reasonable and his work was at the highest level. I would thoroughly recommend his company if you want your house sold with a great outcome.

He delivered on all of his promises beating all of our expectations. If we were ever selling again I would not hesitate in using Miller Estate Agents. Thanks for all your help Scott!
5th Jul 2024 (16 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

Jackie, Lynsey and the team are very professional and hard working and to my complete satisfaction have rented my property within a week and at the price they recommended. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to other landlords.
10th Oct 2024 (13 days ago)Eelvate and Joanne were one of several agents we had to review the property. She was honaets with our home, gave us confidence on the price we should market at. Organised the photographers and surveyors to work round our times. Reqally should an understanding and knowledge of the local area. Has been great in keeping us up to speed either by phone, text and email ... just a pleasure to deal with and would definately recommend Elevate and Joanne
