5th May 2025 (17 days ago)Everyone was hugely friendly and helpful. The service leading up to the property going on the market was extremely professional and seamless and I would recommend. We chose to have viewings done by Slater Hogg and I presumed this would be done on a Saturday as well as during the week. I did not realise that we would have to do our own viewings on a Saturday. As we were selling my mother's property and no one lives close by this was quite difficult for us but I do appreciate that staff need time off. The only other fault i could find is that after the closing date i was contacted by email to let me know the result and i would have hoped to have had a telephone call . Despite these two issues I would still chose to use this agent in the future.

I decided to use McArthur Stanton for our recent house purchase and sale as I wanted to use a local firm, but I have never had great service from property lawyers before so, to be frank, I thought it would be more of the same. I couldn’t have been more wrong. From the word go all I got from Linda and Maureen was courtesy, professionalism and outstanding support throughout the whole process. They soothed my fevered brow and brought both purchase and sale to a successful conclusion within the timescales agreed. I would recommend this company - you will not get better.

The first contact with Chanelle was very positive in that she was friendly, professional and efficient and clearly knew the local area very well. Also Taylor, within the office, kept me appraised of the progress of the sale with regular phone calls. Taylor also was both friendly and professional. Within a week the house was on the market and within a further week the house was sold. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending CELA. Outstanding!

I felt repeatedly pressured to sell it just so that they would have solicitude in the commission instead of my interests .

13th Jul 2020 (4 years ago)Terrible company. They are not interested in entertaining inquiries, they have a backdoor of investors already in their books who are given the first chance to all properties. Waste of time if you are not part of their system. They do not want to know you!
