29th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)We recently bought a flat and also sold a house for our parents, both through Slater Hogg and Howison, Bishopbriggs. The staff there were all incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Their communication was excellent, always updating with a friendly phone call followed by emails. We have dealt with several Estate Agents in the past, but the staff here definitely go above and beyond. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
23rd Mar 2026 (4 weeks ago)Had a very positive experience with Countrywide Kirkintilloch from the initial consultation to value my house with Ryan who was professional, friendly and very realistic about expectations to the handover to Lesley and team managing viewings. I was kept updated at all times and provided with great advice when offers were received at closing. Would definitely recommend Countrywide!!

Gary has talked me through every step, also lynn ( I hope I’ve remembered her name) had phoned a few times to keep me updated. She also spoke to my mum, who though we we friends be a she was so friendly and helpful. They have took all the stress from this situation for me!!

The service has been first rate from their first visit to give us a valuation to handing over the keys for us. We achieved an excellent price and I’m sure this is partly due to the professional way the viewings were conducted in our absence. I highly recommend this company.

It cannot be understated how thorough, helpful and professional the surveyor, Paul, was, as well as the staff who provided the quote and booking.

There were a few issues along the way and it was a particularly long process with buying and selling (through absolutely no fault of Gavin or Arrowhead ), and Gavin kept us up to date and advised throughout and was particularly helpful getting things over the line as our deadline approached. Would highly recommend using Gavin and his team and would use them ourselves if we’re ever brave enough to move again. Thanks to all.
