I firmly believe they got me a better price due to this. Thank you all at harbor property especially Charlie for his honesty & dedication. Made us feel like we were his only priority.
23rd Mar 2026 (4 weeks ago)Had a very positive experience with Countrywide Kirkintilloch from the initial consultation to value my house with Ryan who was professional, friendly and very realistic about expectations to the handover to Lesley and team managing viewings. I was kept updated at all times and provided with great advice when offers were received at closing. Would definitely recommend Countrywide!!

15th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)Over all it was a good and very short experience. For sale sign went up, next day 3 offers and accepted 1, so SOLD. Only problems was their recommendation of a lawyer who were not very professional at all. Had to sack them and instruct another lawyer which was very inconvenient.
18th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)A problem that should have been resolved in a short period took months due to the indifference, incompetence, and lack of coordination among the staff - if not outright bad faith. Beyond the months of anxiety and frustration caused, we were forced to pay 1.5 months' worth of unnecessary rent past the exit date. I strongly advise avoiding them or be prepared to hire a very good lawyer.
31st Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)We had a very positive experience using Remax for the sale of my Mum's house. Colin Young went out of his way to assist us in every way. My sister and I don't live in carluke and he did everything he could to help us, even on one occasion going in to the house to turn off a light we'd inadvertently left on. Picking up keys from mum in her new flat, as we werent able to drop them in to him.. Would highly recommend Remax Carluke and Colin is a great asset to the company.

Always quick to respond to any queries, gave very helpful advice and her knowledge on the local housing market was excellent. I had a very good offer on my property within 24 hours! Would not hesitate to recommend them.

10th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)I'd say 1 star is too generous. As stated from numerous other reviews the owner George is a very unpleasant human being. From the very beginning I had issues with the storage heaters not working properly and horrible problems with damp and mould that kept getting ignored and not taken seriously and the solution to this was to keep all windows open all day and night in the height of winter( it was that cold my pipes had frozen) From this George lied to me about the landlord wanting me out of the property yet couldn't provide evidence of this all because he didn't want to take responsibility that his company was failing their basic responsibilities and during this conversation George actively threatened me with violence because I wasn't backing down to his bullying. After stating that I was recording the whole conversation he very quickly changed his tune and wanted to finally try and help but by doing this passed my number onto a central heating company to change over the storage heaters which I was to pay for myself which is ludicrous from a renter. Lastly when I moved out, I had the property cleaned and painted and left items that were already there when I moved in yet tried claiming I had left them and left the property in an unreasonable state especially marks on Walls that were continously having to be cleaned due to black mould, yet never contested giving back the full deposit which shows they were trying to be awkward and difficult for the sake of it. If you can, please stay away from this company.

Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

Gary has talked me through every step, also lynn ( I hope I’ve remembered her name) had phoned a few times to keep me updated. She also spoke to my mum, who though we we friends be a she was so friendly and helpful. They have took all the stress from this situation for me!!

From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

The service has been first rate from their first visit to give us a valuation to handing over the keys for us. We achieved an excellent price and I’m sure this is partly due to the professional way the viewings were conducted in our absence. I highly recommend this company.

27th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)Kenny was so helpful and empathetic to the fact I was selling my mums house who died recently. He immediately made me feel confident I had chosen the right person. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much
19th Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)It was a pleasure working with Gavin and Lisa when selling our house. From start to finish Gavin was friendly, approachable and very professional. There were a few issues along the way and it was a particularly long process with buying and selling (through absolutely no fault of Gavin or Arrowhead ), and Gavin kept us up to date and advised throughout and was particularly helpful getting things over the line as our deadline approached. Would highly recommend using Gavin and his team and would use them ourselves if we’re ever brave enough to move again. Thanks to all.
