8th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)Smooth and easy renting experience!<br><br>I recently rented a property through Your Move Falkirk, and the whole process was the easiest experience I've ever had!<br><br>Danni was great, and was super professional and kind from the get go, and made the whole process very convenient and straightforward. Any and all questions were answered promptly, and it made my move straightforward and completely stress-free.<br><br>The team also very kindly arranged a key drop off on the weekend, and it was such a pleasure to meet Michelle, another fantastic member of the team!<br><br>Super happy with the customer service and team, would highly recommend!

Always quick to respond to any queries, gave very helpful advice and her knowledge on the local housing market was excellent. I had a very good offer on my property within 24 hours! 10th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)I'd say 1 star is too generous. As stated from numerous other reviews the owner George is a very unpleasant human being. From the very beginning I had issues with the storage heaters not working properly and horrible problems with damp and mould that kept getting ignored and not taken seriously and the solution to this was to keep all windows open all day and night in the height of winter( it was that cold my pipes had frozen) From this George lied to me about the landlord wanting me out of the property yet couldn't provide evidence of this all because he didn't want to take responsibility that his company was failing their basic responsibilities and during this conversation George actively threatened me with violence because I wasn't backing down to his bullying. After stating that I was recording the whole conversation he very quickly changed his tune and wanted to finally try and help but by doing this passed my number onto a central heating company to change over the storage heaters which I was to pay for myself which is ludicrous from a renter. Lastly when I moved out, I had the property cleaned and painted and left items that were already there when I moved in yet tried claiming I had left them and left the property in an unreasonable state especially marks on Walls that were continously having to be cleaned due to black mould, yet never contested giving back the full deposit which shows they were trying to be awkward and difficult for the sake of it. If you can, please stay away from this company.

5th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!
22nd Jul 2026 (7 days ago)Kelvin Valley Properties have been my lettings agents for just short of 7 years now and I cannot fault them in any way, shape or form. Every member of staff is extremely kind and genuine and they have always been on hand for me any time I’ve needed any help or advice with any issues I’ve had over the years. Being one of their tenants and having numerous health issues they have always gone above and beyond the remit of being just letting agents. Nothing is ever a problem for them and if they have been able to help me be it a repair issue or some advice or just pointing me in the right direction for any assistance I’ve needed they have always been on the other end of the phone and only too happy to help me. My property managers especially never fail to ask me how I’m keeping and show genuine concern and understanding for my health and wellbeing which is just so so lovely of them. Any time I have my property inspection, which is usually every 6 months, they always take the time to have a chat about how I have been keeping with my health and always remind me that they’re only ever a phone call away which is really more than you’d ever expect from a lettings agents. Being a smaller business than a lot of lettings companies out there I think is what makes them so special because they have always treated me with the utmost respect and consideration and it almost feels like I’m speaking to family members. Even the contractors they use for repairs are equally as nice and always take the time to explain what exactly needs done and when and how the jobs will be completed. When I had an issue with the boiler one winter the heating engineer Ray, who was already finished work for the day, came to my house and made sure that I had at least some heating and hot water while he sourced the part needed for my boiler type and as soon as he got it he was straight out to get everything working normally again. I even, because of my health issues, managed to get myself locked inside the bathroom one day, luckily I had my mobile phone in my pocket, I panicked and didn’t know who to contact so I phoned Kelvin Valley and within no more than half an hour they had one of their contractors in my home who got me out and also made sure I’d never be able to get myself locked inside again by carrying out some minor alterations there and then. I would 100% recommend Kelvin Valley Properties to anyone looking to rent a home and also to landlords looking for a reputable trustworthy company to manage their properties for them. They really are a cut above the rest! If it was possible I would definitely give them more than a 5 star review because they really are the best bunch of people who not only do a fantastic job of looking after the homes they manage but also the tenants too and I am extremely grateful and thankful to each member of the team for all they’ve done and helped me with over the years!!<br>??????????

He instilled confidence in how to market and advertise the home. It was evident this was going to show the home to its best and proved to be the case as it was sold in less than a day. We can’t thank him and Lynn enough as they made the whole process as painless as possible . Cannot recommend Village Estate Agents enough !

From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

Diane carried out property inspections every six months and was always friendly, professional, and approachable. On the rare occasions that I had any issues, she responded quickly and worked with the landlord to get everything resolved as smoothly as possible. The entire process, from moving into the property to moving out, was well organised and fully supported, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and easy. I really appreciated Diane’s helpfulness, clear communication, and genuine care throughout my tenancy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Diane and the letting agency to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive rental experience.

17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

They made a group chat so I was able to keep in touch with them and nothing was ever a bother to them. They answered any questions I had in the first instance. I don’t think I would have got through this process without them and I wouldn’t highly recommend and would use this service again. Thanks again guys x
