5th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Very bad experience, I just moved from London to Glasgow, and was looking an apartment near my work place, got to one of the listings and went for viewing through property bureau, Rachel Brown emailed me about the confirmation and everything, but when I went to the location in Balloch 1 riverside court, there I met some other lady bcoz Rachel was on leave she took me to the apartment and told me to view by my self and she left.<br>After 3 days Rachel emailed me the application from I sent the form bcoz I was in need of a house, then again after few days she emailed me for holding deposit which is illegal in Scotland so I asked her to explain bcoz there are scammers also but after more than a week today she emailed me asking “ do you want to go forward” like what an unprofessional behaviour if you guys don’t want to then don’t waste our time

6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

From Day 1, there was no 'Sales' pitch, just honest good advice and i immediately trusted them - they new the market inside out! The sale of our flat was slightly complex but we worked through a strategy together and the outcome exceeded all our expectations. WE worked together and they made it so easy for us. A big thanks to you all.
15th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I own a small flat which is let, and Diane has managed this for a number of years (since before Robinson Moore and CODA merged). If ever there's a problem, she's quick to get in touch to let me know. In some cases a contractor requires to attend and Diane arranges this and any follow up on my behalf. She also keeps on top of the legislation surrounding lets and makes sure the various certifications required are up to date. Obviously there's a cost associated with this level of management, but I live at some distance from the property and knowing that she's there gives me good peace of mind.
24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They are both incredibly personable, approachable and professional, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us.<br><br>The biggest compliment I can give them is that, after our experience, I recommended Bachelors to my parents when they decided to sell their property. They have now just successfully sold their home too, which says everything about the level of trust we have in Stefan and Aisling.<br><br>They really are that good!<br><br>If you’re thinking about buying or selling a property, you absolutely must get in touch with Bachelors Estate Agents. Our experience throughout the beginning of the process was very smooth and well communicated, which made everything a lot less intimidating. The team are so lovely and are fantastic at making sure we were in the loop and answering any questions we had. A special mention to Nicky is well deserved too, as she made this experience for us so easy and stress free. We would happily reccomend renting with Property Bureau. Thank you! :)
