From my initial visit by Mark Cathro, who I was instantly impressed with due to his professionalism, knowledge of the area and confidence, as well as his approachable and friendly manner, to my confirmed offer, which took only a couple of days, I couldn’t recommend this branch enough.<br>I was also kept up to date throughout the entire process and dealt with Karen Mulholland often who was equally as professional, friendly and informative.<br>The staff at this branch made the whole process of selling my property so so easy and I achieved exactly what was projected.

The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much

24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)I would like to say a huge thank you to Moving Estate Agents, and in particular to Lyndsay, for the support and guidance provided throughout the sale of our home.<br>From start to finish, the whole process was clear, well organised and easy to follow. Lyndsay was there every step of the way, both during and after the sale, helping to keep things moving and acting as a key point of contact between ourselves and the other parties in the chain, which she didn’t need to do.<br>Every stage was handled professionally. The marketing was excellent from the outset, with high-quality visuals and photographs, and Alex’s attention to detail was superb. Once the property went live, arranging viewings was made simple and everything was managed in a way that worked around us.<br>Not only did the team secure us a very good offer, but Lyndsay also went above and beyond by supporting communication with the solicitors and other parties involved in the chain, particularly when we were experiencing difficulties. As contractors, that makes a massive difference. They trust us to get the job done, deal with things quickly and always treat us with respect.<br>It’s not often you come across a letting agent that’s so consistent and professional.
