16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

Once we found our perfect place they were always available to help with queries and to move the whole process on efficiently and effectively. I would have no hesitation in recommending this small and personal agency

28th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Super professional & fast. We had trouble getting our mortgage valued & Jon Owens conducted a brilliantly detailed survey. He took the time to talk us through the valuation process, also talked through his report & gave us great pointers for the renovation works we want to complete. No stone left unturned, couldn't fault!
16th Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)Liars and thieves. Throughout our tenancy, we had a good relationship with Christie, paid our rent on time, made accommodations for regular inspections, and got along fine. End of the tenancy comes (due to the landlord increasing the rent beyond which we could afford - one Christie's employee actually had the gall to say we'd put the landlord in a difficult financial position!) and it's the same old story: we spent two days scrubbing the place and used a carpet cleaner on the carpets and they want to take half the deposit for professional cleaning. The fighting continues...

They were accessible, professional and empathetic. We are particularly grateful to Sam Burston and Michelle Wilmot for their active roles and prompt communication. Sam did a wonderful job striking a balance between acting for the vendors and taking our needs into consideration. It is easy to see that he loves his job. Thank you very much for making our dream real!

4th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)My partner conducted a 3hr/ 100mile round trip to be met with such unprofessionalism and dismissal. Becky Howl could not even give him the time of day to allow him to look at the property in more detail. She wasn't even going to open the doors to certain rooms, just stating "there's the utility room" as she marched past with haste in order to end the viewing as quickly as possible. If it wasn't for my partner stopping to take a look and ask questions, she would have had him out of the 5 bedroom, 3 reception room house in less than 5mins. It was apparent Becky favoured the previous potential tenants and therefore, wanted to put my partner off. Absolutely distressful behaviour from a so say professional.
