Alan who showed us round on a few occasions was also brilliant. Knowledgeable about the properties and very personable! I would recommend the agent for selling and buying very professional. I'm also a mortgage broker so communicate with a lot of estate agents and I found them so easy to deal with!
1st May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Charles requested proof of funds before allowing us to view a property, which we promptly provided. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored despite leaving voicemails, sending texts, and emailing multiple times without any response. This level of service is extremely disappointing—particularly for an agent of this calibre—and falls well below the standard we would expect, especially when compared to other Knight Frank offices.

What stood out most was their honesty and local knowledge—Holly clearly understand the Hereford market and gave advice that genuinely helped the sale progress quickly and efficiently. The office team provided us with regular updates, prompt support and advice. It was a fairly drawn-out process as the chain was long and complicated but it all completed successfully on the appointed day. Mark and his team provided a most helpful personal service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Every time I called, I was assured that I would receive an update, but no one ever got back to me as promised. I constantly had to chase for information instead of being kept informed.<br><br>What was even more frustrating was the lack of responsibility when it came to processing a payment that was due to me. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was little sense of urgency or accountability, and the matter took far longer than it should have.<br><br>Good communication and reliability are essential when dealing with customers, and unfortunately, my experience with Connells fell well below expectations. I hope they improve their customer service, communication, and responsiveness so that other customers don't have to go through the same experience.<br><br>**Please note:** This review relates to my experience from the end of December. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to post it at the time, so I am sharing my experience now.
