From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

They understand the local market, did a really professional job with the photos and video for the marketing, and regularly updated me on viewings and outcomes. Thanks to their excellent advice, we sold my Dad's property at the end of November 24. The team are friendly, professional and excellent at their job. There is no need to look elsewhere!

Antony was our main point of contact and from the onset of marketing our property we can honestly say we have never met anyone with so much passion and enthusiasm for their job. He was informative, helpful, friendly and approachable with nothing being too much trouble for him. He took time to explain the process and answer our queries, keeping us informed throughout what was a long and difficult sale at times. Everyone else in the office were equally as helpful and there is a lot to be said for using a small, local estate agent. 27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

It was a big move for us, and the process could not have been smoother or more pleasant — communication was excellent from start to finish. We felt strongly that our vendor was as sympathetically and respectfully treated as we were, and this meant a lot to us. All in all we had an absolutely great experience with Brooks Bliss and could not be happier in our new home.
