We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)We had a fantastic experience buying our home and couldn’t recommend Jackson property highly enough!<br><br>As soon as we met Alex at the first viewing he was positive, friendly, incredibly helpful and flexible on viewing timings ( which is really appreciated ). He went above and beyond throughout the process and was a real help whenever we had a question or needed anything.<br><br>Tash has also been fantastic throughout the buying process. She has been incredibly helpful, approachable and quick to respond, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful time.<br><br>The whole team have been brilliant from start to finish. Their communication has been excellent, they’ve always kept us informed, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br>A huge thank you to Alex, Tash and the entire team for helping make the process of buying our home such a positive experience.<br>We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

4th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)My partner conducted a 3hr/ 100mile round trip to be met with such unprofessionalism and dismissal. Becky Howl could not even give him the time of day to allow him to look at the property in more detail. She wasn't even going to open the doors to certain rooms, just stating "there's the utility room" as she marched past with haste in order to end the viewing as quickly as possible. If it wasn't for my partner stopping to take a look and ask questions, she would have had him out of the 5 bedroom, 3 reception room house in less than 5mins. It was apparent Becky favoured the previous potential tenants and therefore, wanted to put my partner off. Absolutely distressful behaviour from a so say professional.

They researched thoroughly, gave great advice, understood exactly how to market our property, did all the viewings personally, and kept both the buyer and ourselves fully informed and updated throughout the process.

We had difficulties with our sale (problematic buyer and their solicitor!) but Brookes were incredibly supportive throughout the process. In particular Claire was fantastic working closely with us and their client! If we ever sell then I know who we will be using!

29th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Connells. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. Every time I called, I was assured that I would receive an update, but no one ever got back to me as promised. I constantly had to chase for information instead of being kept informed.<br><br>What was even more frustrating was the lack of responsibility when it came to processing a payment that was due to me. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was little sense of urgency or accountability, and the matter took far longer than it should have.<br><br>Good communication and reliability are essential when dealing with customers, and unfortunately, my experience with Connells fell well below expectations. I hope they improve their customer service, communication, and responsiveness so that other customers don't have to go through the same experience.<br><br>**Please note:** This review relates to my experience from the end of December. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to post it at the time, so I am sharing my experience now.
