6th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

21st Apr 2025 (11 weeks ago)From start to finish, Kate, Georgina and Lorraine were absolutely amazing with helping us sell our house. The whole team was so friendly, helpful and always on it! They kept us in the loop the whole way through and made what could’ve been a stressful time feel really straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to answer our (many!) questions. Honestly can’t thank them enough – would definitely recommend them to anyone!
