I didn’t end up reserving the property due to personal circumstances, but I would not hesitate to go through Knightsbridge Lettings in future. By far the best lettings agent I’ve ever dealt with.

They were always approachable, kept me updated, and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

The whole team were really proactive, quick to respond and kept me up to date through the whole process. From the evaluation by Will, who had good knowledge of the market with data evidence to back up, to Lia and team with excellent communications throughout, and support and professionalism particularly when things were a bit challenging. I have no hesitation in recommending this team for house sales. Thank you so much, to the whole team.

The whole process from viewing the property to the day we got the keys only took 2 weeks which was amazing . Can’t thank Ewemove and Owen enough.
7th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)?????<br><br>After renting through this letting agency for over 20 years, I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated at the end of my tenancy.<br><br>I was the one who gave notice and expected the check-out process to be handled fairly and professionally. I felt like my loyalty as a long-term tenant counted for nothing.<br><br>The agency retained my entire deposit and then requested an additional £90, including charges for black bags left in the dustbin and miscellaneous items that were actually part of my original part-furnished tenancy agreement. I reluctantly paid the extra amount simply to bring the matter to an end, but I strongly disagree with how it was handled.<br><br>Over the course of more than 20 years, very little was invested in the property. The carpets were replaced only once despite already being noted as worn when I moved in and improvements such as the new boiler and loft insulation were only carried out through external schemes that I arranged.<br><br>I also experienced being locked out of my home after an inspection because the faulty front door had been double-locked, leaving me unable to access my property over a weekend.<br><br>After over two decades as a reliable tenant who always paid rent and looked after the property, I expected to be treated with fairness and respect. Unfortunately, my experience at the end of my tenancy has left me feeling that customer service and fairness were lacking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this letting agency.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

24th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)I am very pleased with the staff at kal sangra, (auction team) they were really helpful from the registration process till the auction itself!<br>Taking part in any auction can be daunting and very overwhelming but with the right guidance and help it can be made very simple! Thanks to Danesha.<br>I would definitely recommend this auction group.<br>The bidding is fast paced as it should be and the process very easy if you register with all the documents required.<br>Note: Bidding can get carried away but you the bidder must know your own limit!

17th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

After over 40 years of living in the same property and this being only my third ever house move I needed an estate agent who would look after me, act promptly in my best interests and take away much of the worry and stress. Jowett and Stone have done all of this. Friendly and helpful at all times and very good on follow ups and progress chasing. In office hours , I found that there was always someone to answer my call and if they couldn't help there was usually someone who could assist, or I would receive a call back within good time. My property is now sold subject to contract and all has gone well so far.
