27th Sep 2024 (26 days ago)I recently had an offer accepted through Nest and Sara and the team went above and beyond to help, unfortunately the sale didn't go through, but Sara and the team could not have been more helpful even calling me outside office hours to ensure I was kept upto date and trying to help me source another property. They were also one of very few agents contact me proactively with potentially suitable properties.
30th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)They deserve nothing less than 5 stars. Anyone wanting to sell their house should definitely consider using H&H Lutterworth. I don't think I dealt with the entire team extensively, but Lauren is superb.

30th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)We used Your Move Blaby to sell our house after an amazing quick sell experience for my Mother In Law. The selling journey started off so well, your move sold our house with 2 weeks of hitting the market. Kate looked after our profile so well and ensuring we were communicated at all steps. Then our experience changed to not a great one. Our sale took nearly 9 months to complete, Kate left but no one told us, it was communicated to us by the estate agent agent above us, we were not impressed by this. Your move hardly touched base with communication to check anyone in the chain under the 2 of their branches were ok. we ended setting up a WhatsApp group with our buyer, if we hadn't have done this we would have ended pulling our house off the market. The chain got to the verge of collapsing as the first time buyer was going to pull out if the sale wasn't completed by a deadline date. We found out neither Blaby or Leicester your move branch had reached out to the bottom of the chain to help keep the chain going, and found out the solicitor and Estate agent at the top was unaware of the threat of collapse. Your move claimed they had tried to reach the top estate agent multiple times, I ended up finding her details and ringing her myself, had to leave a voice message and she called me back within the hour. She advised she had no missed calls from your move. We had only ever brought a house, never brought and sold, so didn't know the process. No one guided us about contract packs or anything from your move. When it came to complete, no one reached out to explain the completion day process of keys, and movement of money and confirmation of sale etc. We found out a couple of days before the move that the first time buyer hadn't even paid their deposit to the solicitor, your move Leicester or Blaby hadn't checked any of this with the solicitor or the first time buyer, as our Solicitor did not want to complete and exchange on the same day due to the risks and stress involved, in the end this was forced upon us, as relevant solicitors were off. Moving day.... After a phone call from our solicitor around 11am, we were advised she still hadn't heard anything from Wilsons solicitors, nor had she received our funds. Turns out the first time buyer only paid their deposit to the solicitors at the bottom at 11am on moving day, despite being told by the Leicester branch they had done it Friday. This caused the whole chain to experience issues, and at one point our solicitor advised it didn't look like the move was going to happen due to the bank checks and time scales of releasing the funds up the chain. We were in tears, hubby drove down to your move Blaby and gave both the girls a mouthful about lack of communication & diligence checks not being done, after that things seemed to start accelerating a bit. The completion of the chain was only down to our solicitor and her actions otherwise the move wouldn't have happened. We ended up getting our keys at 4:50pm, so we were incurred late key fees from our removal company. Not a great experience. DO NOT USE WILSONS solicitors in Nuneaton that Your Move recommend.

19th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)They requested for confidential information via LetAlliance before viewing and even after giving all this, you don’t hear from them and you finally realise the property has been let out. I cleared all the marks so what exactly was your reason for ghosting? Avoid this company if you can. They are jokers and will only waste your time and energy

23rd Apr 2024 (5 mo. ago)Let us a mouldy house and did nothing when we complained. At checkout when we brought this up, the staff were rude and nonchalant about our experience. I don't recommend renting a property through this organisation.

I cannot fault the ladies as they were lovely, the main owner however he became very rude and unprofessional. Had a very angry encounter on a phone call two days before our contract finished. It just goes to show how peoples attitudes changes when you want to finish with them.

Harvey was incredibly responsive and proactive throughout the entire selling process, making us feel confident every step of the way. Once we accepted an offer, Tim took over and provided excellent coordination and follow-ups as we moved through the solicitor processes. Their teamwork made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Sell My Home and will certainly use their services again in the future.

From start to finish he was professional, and incredibly knowledgable about the market … within a week of listing our house in Barlestone he had lined up a number of viewings and we received multiple offers! We were extremely impressed with the marketing that Anderson Briggs did to help sell our house. Phil was always a phone call away and was quick to answer all questions and ease any worries. We would definitely recommend selling your house through Phil@Anderson Briggs and thanks for getting us our forever home!
5th Jul 2024 (16 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
