19th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)I had a vacant property in in oadby which I didn’t know what to do, I spoke to the lettings team , Umaar , Daniel and Jordon , were very helpful . They put my property on the market and conducted viewings and my property was let within 2 days which was amazing . They kept me updated throughout the way and made it very smooth for me. I would definitely recommend!

She didn’t pressure me to make a decision, but left us with lots of supporting evidence that showed me they were the most appropriate estate agent for the area. Knowing the housing market and the area allowed her to pitch the house to prospective buyers. Very keen to update me on progression throughout the journey, and when she was not available, the team were on hand to advice me of any developments or queries.
30th Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)We used Your Move Blaby to sell our house after an amazing quick sell experience for my Mother In Law. The selling journey started off so well, your move sold our house with 2 weeks of hitting the market. Kate looked after our profile so well and ensuring we were communicated at all steps. Then our experience changed to not a great one. Our sale took nearly 9 months to complete, Kate left but no one told us, it was communicated to us by the estate agent agent above us, we were not impressed by this. Your move hardly touched base with communication to check anyone in the chain under the 2 of their branches were ok. we ended setting up a WhatsApp group with our buyer, if we hadn't have done this we would have ended pulling our house off the market. The chain got to the verge of collapsing as the first time buyer was going to pull out if the sale wasn't completed by a deadline date. We found out neither Blaby or Leicester your move branch had reached out to the bottom of the chain to help keep the chain going, and found out the solicitor and Estate agent at the top was unaware of the threat of collapse. Your move claimed they had tried to reach the top estate agent multiple times, I ended up finding her details and ringing her myself, had to leave a voice message and she called me back within the hour. She advised she had no missed calls from your move. We had only ever brought a house, never brought and sold, so didn't know the process. No one guided us about contract packs or anything from your move. When it came to complete, no one reached out to explain the completion day process of keys, and movement of money and confirmation of sale etc. We found out a couple of days before the move that the first time buyer hadn't even paid their deposit to the solicitor, your move Leicester or Blaby hadn't checked any of this with the solicitor or the first time buyer, as our Solicitor did not want to complete and exchange on the same day due to the risks and stress involved, in the end this was forced upon us, as relevant solicitors were off. Moving day.... After a phone call from our solicitor around 11am, we were advised she still hadn't heard anything from Wilsons solicitors, nor had she received our funds. Turns out the first time buyer only paid their deposit to the solicitors at the bottom at 11am on moving day, despite being told by the Leicester branch they had done it Friday. This caused the whole chain to experience issues, and at one point our solicitor advised it didn't look like the move was going to happen due to the bank checks and time scales of releasing the funds up the chain. We were in tears, hubby drove down to your move Blaby and gave both the girls a mouthful about lack of communication & diligence checks not being done, after that things seemed to start accelerating a bit. The completion of the chain was only down to our solicitor and her actions otherwise the move wouldn't have happened. We ended up getting our keys at 4:50pm, so we were incurred late key fees from our removal company. Not a great experience. DO NOT USE WILSONS solicitors in Nuneaton that Your Move recommend.- 30th Apr 2025 (17 days ago)I recently had William H Brown come to value my property, and I was extremely pleased with the experience. The agent was punctual, courteous, and very professional. They took the time to explain the valuation process and conducted a detailed survey of the property. I felt confident in their expertise and would definitely use them again in the future.

The team of ladies that you have in your office in Broughton Astley are amazing. All so professional, helpful and friendly. They really have gone above and beyond keeping me informed throughout the process. I cannot thank you enough and will certainly use you again in the future and recommend you to anyone looking to sell in the area. I would give you 10 stars if able to :-)

22nd Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)We hadn't owned a property before nor dealt with any estate agents etc... Shonki Bros have always been very honest, open and informative. They supported us through the beginning and the end of our tenancy and help with any issues we came across. They were very clear about all expected from us as tenants and the process was of the tenancy was very simple. All the team are friendly and happy to help. I would highly recommend using them.

3rd Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)My mother has rented her house since the early 1980's, she & my late Father worked hard to make improvements to the property after moving in & Mum has kept it immaculate since. As I understand it her Landlord has always appreciated this & has been kind & helpful as a result. Following a fall before Christmas, Mum needed a Stairlift to be able to continue staying in her home & her Landlord agreed to allow one to be fitted. As Mum's Landlord's agents, Wards have been very helpful in arranging some of the works to carried out & Mum has commented before on just how helpful they are. She gets on very well with Kelly & having dealt with her myself regarding Mum's situation I can see why. Nothing is too much trouble for her so thank you very much Kelly & Wards

She explained everything throughout the process, was super helpful and would always respond to our questions. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of selling or buying to use the team at Scrivins (Hinckley).

4th Apr 2025 (6 weeks ago)Fraser Stratton are the worst agents I have dealt with. First of all they cannot even pay the rent money on time on every occasion. Additionally, there was a time where they paid the rent over a month late. Now this is unbelievable and every time I had to follow up with a phone call just for them to say ‘we will follow up with our accountant’. The staff there are absolutely poor. Anytime I would like to talk to the staff they are always supposedly ‘busy’. I always get told that they will give me a call when free, but that never happened at all. I had to follow up with an additional call on so many occasions. To summarise, they cannot pay the rent on time. The customer service they provide is absolutely appalling. So what am I paying the management fee for?
