15th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)BEWARE - This is a scam agency. They take deposit money from people showing fake properties and you will never see the money again. I was the guarantor for my family friends who were messed around for the last 2 weeks with the promise of handing over the key. This never happened and they refuse to return the refund. I was initially dealing with Bhavna then passed on to Justin who laughed at me and said my name is not on the Guarantor form so he cant talk to me, so no refund. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS ESTATE AGENCY We will be escalating this further and do what ever it takes to bring down fake estate agents like Belvoir Leicester. ----------------------------------------------------------- Update November 2025 We raised a complaint with TPO who set the rules and guidelines for estate agents in UK, explained our situation on an email with all the evidence. We received decision from TPO on the 28th of November advising Belvoir estate agents to refund our money minus reference fees. We have our money back now.

I have found their rentals department to be extremely efficient, fast to act, and very reliable when it comes to solving any problems with the property that might have arisen from time to time. They have also shown themselves to be very reliable when it came to selling the property. If you are looking for an excellent managing agent, and a conscientious estate agent, then I can highly recommend Readings.

We have been dealing with Stevie at Anderson briggs throughout and have had a really positive experience from start to finish. Stevie was professional, responsive, and made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable. She answered my many many questions and updated us along the whole process. Overall we had such a good experience and we couldn’t recommend Anderson Briggs enough, especially Stevie who was so lovely thank you again.

From the very beginning, the team were professional, responsive and incredibly helpful. They made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward, keeping us informed every step of the way and always being available to answer any questions. A special mention to the staff for their friendly and approachable manner, especially Sandra Baughan — nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was right for us. The whole experience, from viewing the property through to moving in, was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. It really gave me confidence that we were in good hands. We would highly recommend Frank Innes Loughborough to anyone looking to rent a property — a fantastic service from start to finish.
7th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)Not a very nice mortage adviser. Was not empathic of our situation and was constantly looking at the negative side of our situation. Did not give us an alternative choice like other esate agents would suggest. If you want to be a mortage advisor you want your service users to feel happy when they leave but when going to connels for mortage advise we felt disheartened. Never using connels for esate agency. I feel like they did not go above and beyond like a estate agent should as that's there job. Maybe others had a good experience but I can say we did not have a good experience. Likewise, will not be using their service again as they were negative about our current situation like I have said.
