They kept me updated every week throughout the process and made my house purchase as smooth and stress-free as possible. They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.
8th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)You have to submit ALL your details to be able to even ask for a viewing. Fill in all personal information then you get left sitting waiting to hear back from them! Then you call and they say oh send an email and chase up your application!<br>It’s all a joke to just even get a viewing and I have waisted so much time and got no where with this estate agent!

Hazel and the team kept me well informed of how things were progressing and nothing was too much trouble for them.<br>I would highly recommend them.

7th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)?????<br><br>After renting through this letting agency for over 20 years, I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated at the end of my tenancy.<br><br>I was the one who gave notice and expected the check-out process to be handled fairly and professionally. I felt like my loyalty as a long-term tenant counted for nothing.<br><br>The agency retained my entire deposit and then requested an additional £90, including charges for black bags left in the dustbin and miscellaneous items that were actually part of my original part-furnished tenancy agreement. I reluctantly paid the extra amount simply to bring the matter to an end, but I strongly disagree with how it was handled.<br><br>Over the course of more than 20 years, very little was invested in the property. The carpets were replaced only once despite already being noted as worn when I moved in and improvements such as the new boiler and loft insulation were only carried out through external schemes that I arranged.<br><br>I also experienced being locked out of my home after an inspection because the faulty front door had been double-locked, leaving me unable to access my property over a weekend.<br><br>After over two decades as a reliable tenant who always paid rent and looked after the property, I expected to be treated with fairness and respect. Unfortunately, my experience at the end of my tenancy has left me feeling that customer service and fairness were lacking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this letting agency.

24th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I am very pleased with the staff at kal sangra, (auction team) they were really helpful from the registration process till the auction itself!<br>Taking part in any auction can be daunting and very overwhelming but with the right guidance and help it can be made very simple! Thanks to Danesha.<br>I would definitely recommend this auction group.<br>The bidding is fast paced as it should be and the process very easy if you register with all the documents required.<br>Note: Bidding can get carried away but you the bidder must know your own limit!- 15th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Very helpful and approachable staff. She was always available to answer any questions and responded quickly whenever I needed to get in touch.<br><br>I’ve used several estate agents over the years to sell properties, but Keilly exceeded every one of them. Her expertise, communication, and commitment made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. 17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Purchasing our first home came with many questions and queries that Rochelle did not hesitate to answer and gave us her time to talk us through all the processes. Everyone at Frank Innes has been incredibly helpful too and always had great customer care! Thank you for making our first home purchase as smooth as it could be!

23rd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Very difficult to get in touch via telephone, hence Google their number and double checked it but just got voicemail several times after leaving countless messages!<br>Visited their office and was hit with a heavy smell of mould and damp as soon as I walked in...best to avoid these far too many red flags
