Their professionalism, expertise, dedication, and support throughout the whole process were exceptional. Selling a home can be an emotional and stressful experience, but the team made us feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.<br><br>A special thank you to Kevin Anderson, who went above and beyond for us — not only for his hard work and commitment in helping us achieve our sale, but also for patiently putting up with my many questions, messages, and “nonsense” along the way! The whole process went very smoothly and I would strongly recommend them!<br><br>**Update after 5 years:** I’ve now been using Oadby Estates for around five years across several properties and continue to be extremely happy with their service.<br><br>They have consistently found me high-quality, reliable tenants who look after the properties and pay their rent on time. Most recently, Ranjit was extremely diligent throughout the letting process and found excellent tenants for my property.<br><br>Ravi and Anup have always looked after me very well, and Anita was also fantastic recently in helping to resolve some maintenance issues.<br><br>Over the years, I’ve found the whole team to be professional, responsive and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oadby Estates to other landlords.
20th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)I am so impressed by this letting agent. Kirsty has been wonderful, anticipated accommodations, Polite, professional, and competent. The house was clean and ready to view. Finding a house to rent; doing a viewing, and starting the process of getting everything signed has taken only one week. It’s been so easy and thorough. And so much communication. We are currently saving up to buy a house and are several years away still but this experience has been so positive that we would use Knightsbridge again to find a house.
24th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)? 1 Star – I Would Not Recommend This Estate Agency<br>I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through this estate agency to think twice. My experience from moving in to moving out has been extremely disappointing.<br>When I first moved into Aylestone Road the property, was in a terrible condition. The flooring was coming up, door handles were broken, the carpets were brown and had a foul smell, and there were cracks in the walls. I even had to spend my own money removing a sofa and wardrobe that had been left in the property, as well as painting and improving the flat myself just to make it feel presentable and liveable.<br>After I had put my own time and money into improving the property, I later asked to add my partner to the tenancy and the agency then attempted to increase the rent, despite the fact that I was the one who had paid towards improving the condition of the flat.<br>Repairs were another issue. Whenever something needed fixing, I experienced long delays, including waiting over two weeks for repairs to be dealt with.<br>The most frustrating part has been moving out. After the condition the property was originally given to me in, the agency is now attempting to make deductions from my deposit for issues I do not believe I am responsible for, including cleaning and what I consider to be normal wear and tear. They have also claimed that charges are required for professional cleaning, despite the fact that we left the property considerably cleaner than when we received them.<br>It is extremely frustrating to improve a property at your own expense, leave it in a better condition than you received it, and then still be faced with attempts to deduct money from your deposit for cleaning and other issues.<br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency. Take plenty of dated photographs and videos of absolutely everything when moving into one of their properties and keep records of all communication, repairs and money you spend on the property.<br>Do not assume your deposit will be straightforward to get back. I certainly would not rent through this agency again.<br><br>Before and photos.

From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email . Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

As soon as we sold our property, he was completely on top of everything—constantly chasing updates, pushing things forward, and making sure the process never stalled.<br>What really stood out was his communication. Terral kept us fully up to date at every single stage, so we were never left guessing. House exchanges can be incredibly stressful, but his understanding and reassuring approach really helped put us at ease throughout.<br>If you want someone proactive, reliable, and genuine on your side, Terral is your guy. Highly recommended!

From the very beginning, the whole team were helpful, professional and supportive throughout what can sometimes be quite a stressful process.<br><br>A special thank you to Lia, who was absolutely amazing throughout the sale. She was always available to answer all my questions, kept me updated and, most importantly, reassured me whenever I was worried or unsure about anything. Her communication and support really made a difference.<br><br>I would also like to thank Will, who came out at the beginning to carry out the valuation and provided really helpful advice and guidance. They have been so responsive and always quick to get back to us whenever we had a question. We really appreciated how they kept us updated throughout the marketing and application process and took the time to explain everything clearly. As overseas landlords, it gives us such peace of mind knowing our property is in good hands and being looked after by such a reliable and professional team. We honestly couldn’t be happier with their service and would give them 10 stars if we could! We highly recommend their services and are very happy to have them managing our property.

Charlie suggested a realistic price and we sold our property in a short space of time. We asked for recommendations for a solicitor and Harpreet was experienced and competent. Everyone involved made the whole process effortless and uncomplicated.

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I really strongly recommend Focus Property. They handled the sale of my flat and also looked after it as a rental for me, so I've seen them work from both sides. Both times they were excellent.<br><br>Megi and Glen were my main points of contact, but honestly, everyone I dealt with in the team was the same: knowledgeable, straight with me, and genuinely invested in getting the right outcome rather than just the quick one. They know the local market properly and they're well connected across the industry.<br><br>That mattered, because my sale had its fair share of challenges. There were points where things got complicated and progress stalled, and at every one of them Focus kept me informed, chased what needed chasing, and never left me guessing where things stood. Communication was consistent throughout.<br><br>Buying, selling or renting is a big deal, financially and emotionally, and a lot of it comes down to whether you trust the people acting for you. With Focus I always felt I was in safe hands. If you're looking for an agent in the area, start here.

18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Had a bad experience with this esate agents. They send us marketing posts saying they have sold this house etc in our area so this made us think we should consider them. Thank God we did not consider them as when we try to reach out regarding their marketing posts asking if they are true on their words, will they sell our property like other properties they dont give us a response back. Then why bother sending us any marketing posts if you dont want to respond back. I understand that esate agents prefer to call to discuss However, not everyone can call so they may drop a message through an enquiry form as it best fits their schedule. This is a form of communication so they could've atleast responded back to the enquiry.
