11th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)I would highly recommend Knightsbridge Estate Agents. From the very beginning, they were incredibly supportive and helpful. Ben carried out the valuation of my home and stayed in regular contact while I wasn’t quite ready to put it on the market, which I really appreciated. Once I was ready, everything moved quickly and efficiently—Ben arranged the photos and had the property listed in no time. Amy and Libby were fantastic at keeping me informed about viewings and feedback, and Denise ensured I was regularly updated throughout the exchange and completion process. The whole team was excellent, always taking the time to offer advice whenever I was unsure about anything. Thank you all so much!
15th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)BEWARE - This is a scam agency. They take deposit money from people showing fake properties and you will never see the money again. I was the guarantor for my family friends who were messed around for the last 2 weeks with the promise of handing over the key. This never happened and they refuse to return the refund. I was initially dealing with Bhavna then passed on to Justin who laughed at me and said my name is not on the Guarantor form so he cant talk to me, so no refund. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS ESTATE AGENCY We will be escalating this further and do what ever it takes to bring down fake estate agents like Belvoir Leicester. ----------------------------------------------------------- Update November 2025 We raised a complaint with TPO who set the rules and guidelines for estate agents in UK, explained our situation on an email with all the evidence. We received decision from TPO on the 28th of November advising Belvoir estate agents to refund our money minus reference fees. We have our money back now.

From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email . Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

She showed us around the property with genuine interest in our story and background, and helped us consider how the house would suit our needs. The whole experience was straightforward and easy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent, find properties, or manage them!

I have found their rentals department to be extremely efficient, fast to act, and very reliable when it comes to solving any problems with the property that might have arisen from time to time. They have also shown themselves to be very reliable when it came to selling the property. If you are looking for an excellent managing agent, and a conscientious estate agent, then I can highly recommend Readings.

They’ve now supported us for nearly 2 decades during what are very challenging circumstances and we hope to continue.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Matt, Sarah, Harry and Donna were all professional and friendly. Matt saw the house to value it and explained how it should be priced to get maximum interest. He was right as we ended up with more than the asking price. The team managed all our viewings which saved us time and travelling. Communication was very good by Email and kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Keyworth branch of Royston and Lund for anyone needing to sell their house.

We have been dealing with Stevie at Anderson briggs throughout and have had a really positive experience from start to finish. Stevie was professional, responsive, and made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable. She answered my many many questions and updated us along the whole process. Overall we had such a good experience and we couldn’t recommend Anderson Briggs enough, especially Stevie who was so lovely thank you again.

7th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)Not a very nice mortage adviser. Was not empathic of our situation and was constantly looking at the negative side of our situation. Did not give us an alternative choice like other esate agents would suggest. If you want to be a mortage advisor you want your service users to feel happy when they leave but when going to connels for mortage advise we felt disheartened. Never using connels for esate agency. I feel like they did not go above and beyond like a estate agent should as that's there job. Maybe others had a good experience but I can say we did not have a good experience. Likewise, will not be using their service again as they were negative about our current situation like I have said.
