Their professionalism, expertise, dedication, and support throughout the whole process were exceptional. Selling a home can be an emotional and stressful experience, but the team made us feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.<br><br>A special thank you to Kevin Anderson, who went above and beyond for us — not only for his hard work and commitment in helping us achieve our sale, but also for patiently putting up with my many questions, messages, and “nonsense” along the way! His good humour, reassurance, and professionalism were very much appreciated.<br><br>We cannot recommend Claytons Estate Agents highly enough. From the moment we met Anup was friendly, helpful and I was more than happy to trust him and Oadby Estates with the sale of my house. Anup treated my house sale with great attention and care, even taking calls and assisting me whilst on holiday. Anup went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Highly recommended if you're looking for someone to sell your home in the Oadby / Wigston area.

I didn’t end up reserving the property due to personal circumstances, but I would not hesitate to go through Knightsbridge Lettings in future. By far the best lettings agent I’ve ever dealt with.

8th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)You have to submit ALL your details to be able to even ask for a viewing. Fill in all personal information then you get left sitting waiting to hear back from them! Then you call and they say oh send an email and chase up your application!<br>It’s all a joke to just even get a viewing and I have waisted so much time and got no where with this estate agent!

From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email . Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

The whole team was fantastic from start to finish, consistently going above and beyond to make a difficult time so much easier to navigate. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care shone through at every stage of the process.<br><br>I want to give a special mention to Anita, whose support and empathy made an enormous difference. She was always there with reassurance, clear guidance, and a kindness that truly stood out. 7th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)?????<br><br>After renting through this letting agency for over 20 years, I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated at the end of my tenancy.<br><br>I was the one who gave notice and expected the check-out process to be handled fairly and professionally. I felt like my loyalty as a long-term tenant counted for nothing.<br><br>The agency retained my entire deposit and then requested an additional £90, including charges for black bags left in the dustbin and miscellaneous items that were actually part of my original part-furnished tenancy agreement. I reluctantly paid the extra amount simply to bring the matter to an end, but I strongly disagree with how it was handled.<br><br>Over the course of more than 20 years, very little was invested in the property. The carpets were replaced only once despite already being noted as worn when I moved in and improvements such as the new boiler and loft insulation were only carried out through external schemes that I arranged.<br><br>I also experienced being locked out of my home after an inspection because the faulty front door had been double-locked, leaving me unable to access my property over a weekend.<br><br>After over two decades as a reliable tenant who always paid rent and looked after the property, I expected to be treated with fairness and respect. Unfortunately, my experience at the end of my tenancy has left me feeling that customer service and fairness were lacking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this letting agency.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

24th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I am very pleased with the staff at kal sangra, (auction team) they were really helpful from the registration process till the auction itself!<br>Taking part in any auction can be daunting and very overwhelming but with the right guidance and help it can be made very simple! Thanks to Danesha.<br>I would definitely recommend this auction group.<br>The bidding is fast paced as it should be and the process very easy if you register with all the documents required.<br>Note: Bidding can get carried away but you the bidder must know your own limit!

They provided us with superb advice, supported us all the way and sold our house quickly and efficiently for the asking price. I could not fault them in anyway. 17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

I viewed a property on Adderley Road listed by Focus Property, and the viewing agent explicitly told me there was very little interest in it. However, when I tried to apply the very next day, my application was instantly denied. When I called the office to follow up, a staff member named Miglena Ivanova explicitly told me over the phone that the landlord chose a couple over me simply because I have children. When I pointed out that this is blatant discrimination against families with kids, she claimed it wasn’t. It feels highly unprofessional, and I strongly suspect the agent didn’t even put my application forward to the actual owner. Under UK housing guidance and the Renters' Rights framework, refusing tenants simply for having children is completely unacceptable. Avoid their services if you have a family.
