From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email . Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

Helped with enquiries, chased solicitors when needed and been really helpful.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

28th May 2026 (22 days ago)Don’t rent a property with them, they will extort your deposit in the name of “deep cleaning” we left the property with painted walls and fully cleaned property prior to moving as stated in the contract. Yet they charged us for something they never did! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They provided us with superb advice, supported us all the way and sold our house quickly and efficiently for the asking price. I could not fault them in anyway. The team are extremely patient and supportive, Hardeep, the office manager, in particular. She always goes that extra mile for her clients and has responded to all of my queries, no matter how small, in a professional and polite manner. Her attention to detail is second to none and every voice message is responded to promptly where nothing is too much trouble so thank you Hardeep ever so much, you are the jewel in the crown at Focus!

She conducted her market research and prepared results according to my needs and the outcome was positive.
