5th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)I've brought a few houses over the years - all through another estate agent as their service was great and when I saw a property through Alexanders I was in two minds. However, Laura Pettitt has been by far the best advisor I have ever worked with. She is so prompt with everything, constantly keeping on top of things, precide, communication is amazing, always so happy (genuinely sometimes I just called for an update to get that happiness vibe) and above all her personality. Eve whilst she was on holiday she ensured we were covered with support. She truly is a gem! I've never found viewing, putting an offer in and buying a house so smooth. Laura is a true asset to Alexanders and I really hope she is recognised for her tremendous service.

12th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)The local branch director was remote and almost impossible to contact. The sales girls were hopeless. For example, they got the name of one prospective byer wrong three times in emails, they arranged unaccompanied viewings without consulting us despite being told to email rather than phone for early morning rather than afternoon as specified by us and without checking the potential byers actual ability to make the purchase. When we had had enough of this pantomime I finally managed to speak to the director, although I had specified the communication should be by email, and reiterated our concerns with their service thus far to which he responded: "What do you want me to do" so I told him in no uncertain terms what I would like him to do.

Communication has been great and whilst there are cheaper out there, I think it's really worth the extra. Could not recommend them enough.

There was constant communication throughout, and if I needed clarity on certain issues the team was there to assist. There are many Estate Agents on the market, but if you want someone to go the "extra mile" you will not find anyone better.
