15th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Hunters are local experts. They are down to Earth and do not make wild claims about selling your property - they are realistic and speak to you honestly. Amy helped give us advice on how to make the house presentable for a sale and checking for damp. That was really appreciated as I was not able to have contacts in the area for support with these things. Communication was straightforward and all were pleasant and helpful throughout.

Helped with enquiries, chased solicitors when needed and been really helpful.

18th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)They were my buyers agents, so selling the house a step down the chain. However my agents were just terrible! These guys did a brill job of chasing information that wasn’t being passed to them. To the point that I had to call round branches untill I found them and supply the information directly. After that they became my first call for up dates on how the chain was progressing as my agents didn’t have a clue!!! I’ll be using them next time!

Throughout the whole process he kept us regularly informed with frequent updates both online and by telephone. I am concerned that the quotations provided for cleaning and painting were significantly inflated, potentially resulting in tenants being charged more than is reasonable. Greater transparency and the use of independent quotations are necessary to ensure a fair process for all parties.
