Helped with enquiries, chased solicitors when needed and been really helpful.

28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Don’t rent a property with them, they will extort your deposit in the name of “deep cleaning” we left the property with painted walls and fully cleaned property prior to moving as stated in the contract. Yet they charged us for something they never did! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Throughout the whole process he kept us regularly informed with frequent updates both online and by telephone. He completed all viewings himself and sold our property less than 3 weeks from initial advert. Thank you so much.

She conducted her market research and prepared results according to my needs and the outcome was positive. She asked the right questions, provided useful information, and also gave me the opportunity to enquire further without any pressure. Katie was extremely informative, helpful, and communicated excellently throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend and utilise Katie again in future. I am concerned that the quotations provided for cleaning and painting were significantly inflated, potentially resulting in tenants being charged more than is reasonable. Greater transparency and the use of independent quotations are necessary to ensure a fair process for all parties.
