2nd Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)My experience with Liz Milsom has been brilliant. They have been really efficient whilst still being friendly and very kind. Communication has been great and they have done nearly all of my viewings.I ended up having to reduce the price of my property but that was due to a market decline in house prices locally. Their fees are really good value. I would 100% recommend the company. Thank you Donna, Ellie, Liz and Gary.

From the very start every aspect of the process was handled by them in an extremely professional confident way. Excellent photos and brochure, every viewing was handled by them and every stage of the sale was managed by them. We were confident in knowing the whole process was being totally professionally managed. We would only choose Whiteheads for our future estate agency business.
5th Feb 2024 (11 mo. ago)Extremely Disappointing Customer service. All department options available on the phone number actually transfer to voicemails of the responsible heads of said departments. They don't return phone calls - Been trying for a week now. Smaller companies have managed to arrange for virtual assistants who clearly are more effective at ensuring call-backs are actioned.

6th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
