19th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)For starters, if there were an option for 0 stars, Harry Harper Lettings would have earned it with flying colours.<br>Nothing quite says "welcome to your new home" like finding raw fish left in the freezer, eight full bin bags decorating the garden, and a mould-ridden bedroom that had clearly never seen treatment. It's a truly unique move-in experience.<br>Communication was equally impressive. If you've ever wanted to spend your time speaking to robots, being ignored altogether, or being passed between people who don't know the answer and have no intention of finding it, you're in luck. Customer service appears to be treated as more of a theoretical concept than an actual service.<br>The grand finale? Being charged £400 from our deposit when leaving, despite the condition the property was handed over in.<br>A letting agent's job is supposed to be managing properties and supporting tenants. Harry Harper Lettings seem to have interpreted this somewhat differently.<br>An amateur operation at best. The rental market deserves better, and tenants deserve their rights.

7th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Upsetting that the Renter's Rights Act came into force only 2 months ago and Profiles are already in breach.<br><br>Landlords can not unreasonably refuse a pet and blanket "no pets" clauses are now illegal.<br><br>I would love to know what "reasonable" reason Profiles have for the blanket ban against pets.<br><br>If breaking these new laws is not something Profiles support I would suggest you look into the team ??????
3rd May 2026 (12 weeks ago)We would highly recommend Howkins and Harrison. Maddie, Lauren and Eve are all extremely professional and so dedicated to what they do. Maddie kept us in the loop throughout the whole process which was stressful at times and kept in contact with our solicitor and notified us immediately about the current situation. We are extremely grateful and so happy we are now in our lovely new home. Moving is inevitably stressful but instructing Howkins and Harrison was the best decision we could have made. Thank you Howkins and Harrison for making a stressful process more endurable. With professionalism, friendliness and commitment. You’re a great team. Best wishes Jan and Francis.

Not only are they professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable, but they genuinely care about making the moving process as smooth and stress-free as possible for their clients. As a conveyancer, I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside them on a number of transactions, and the communication is always excellent. They’re proactive, honest, and always willing to go the extra mile to keep everyone informed and help matters progress. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is reliable, responsive, and truly puts their clients first, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

17th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)The customer service from this letting agency is appalling. I had a viewing booked. My 2 years old son suddenly fell ill and was rushed to hospital. I was in the hospital with no service attempted to call to cancel my viewing no answer. 45 mins before my appointment I also emailed to confirm cancellation as online it advised the place was not available until August. 1. Misleading information over the phone and online about a property. 2. Shocking behaviour from the agent who was raising his voice at me and telling me I’m black listed. Will be posting my reviews all over social media and making sure no one uses this company. They do not even know how to speak with customers. So rude and disrespectful. I will gladly be black listed from this agency. Thank god! Do not use them at all. Never ever would I recommend this company lack of empathy for my situation. Give false information and then have the cheek to be rude. Disgusting behaviour !

24th Jul 2026 (2 days ago)Having now worked with Alexanders across three separate property transactions, two sales and one purchase, I can confidently say they are one of the best estate agents we've dealt with.<br><br>Over the course of those transactions, I've had the pleasure of working with much of the team, including Harry, Emily, Anya, Stephanie and Hayden, and every one of them brought something different to the table. Whether it was sales progression, communication, negotiation or simply keeping everything moving, each person played an important part in making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>Communication was consistently excellent throughout. The team were always proactive, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues quickly. Rather than simply passing messages between solicitors, they genuinely helped drive the transactions forward and kept everyone aligned.<br><br>A special mention goes to Harry, who has clearly built a fantastic team and a genuinely well-oiled operation. It's evident that there's a strong culture of professionalism, teamwork and customer service throughout the business, and that filters through every interaction.<br><br>Buying and selling property is rarely without its challenges, but Alexanders made the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future. Five stars.
11th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Actually very surprised with the service from wards having had a lot of issues with a previous agency I rented from, I had some draining issues with the property and the issue was sorted straight away. Any problems there on the ball and they are very on top of everything. From someone who thought these companies were all the same now I’ve seen both ends of the spectrum it’s definetly a huge difference and plus

17th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.- 25th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)Starla, Darcy, Adam, Cate and the team at Your Move in Hinckley were exceptional. Adam came to the house 4 months before we put it on the market to advise on optimising our final DIY efforts to finish the renovation. He was so helpful through the photographing stage. Starla and Darcy were brilliant communicators through viewings and the conveyancing stages. Always prompt with answers to questions and kept tabs on all stages of the process for all houses in the chain so that we always felt we knew where we were and what was next.
