18th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)To be fair the office team were great and supportive. The valuation team I would say operated with double standards and had a conflict of interest which went against us as the vendor. In short why tell us a price we could get. A price if we wanted to sell quickly and then when asked again by a builder that we asked to do a part exchange with. You tell them a quick sale price of nearly £80k less than you told us. Very odd. One could be forgiven for thinking that it was intentional in order to not loose us and our sale commission value. Cynical? Maybe. But instinct and intelligence tells me otherwise.

We could not have asked for any more form Lauren, Maddie and Eve Never complained and were with us all the way, through a very difficult sale with difficult solicitors and lower chain issues. Living a long way from where Mum lived, I'm particularly grateful to Ellie-Mae who went out of her way to arrange viewings and be there herself so Mum wouldn't be on her own.

There were a few hiccups along the way (on my part), but as I was a FTB Georgiana was very understanding and put me in touch with the right people to get it over the line. Any time I called the office, who ever answered the call, dealt with my query there and then. I asked for a second viewing of the property as soon as it got past a certain stage, to which they called me immediately to arrange. Very lovely bunch of people and so easy to work with. Thank you all ??????

Beautiful and well maintained homes ready to share your memories with family and friends for the years to come. The staff are amazing, they talk to one another to get things fixed even on out of office hours. House is checked twice a year to make sure everything is in place or need repairs. Since my start of renting everything was swift and easy from house viewing to contract signing. Hands down to Dipul, Depika, Owen and the rest of the team down to their maintenance guy, electricians, plumber and everyone else. Definitely a great package rolled into one. Will highly recomend Ewemove Leicester for good quality service and valuable homes. Thank you Ewemove Leicester. It is not just a property it is our home. ??????????????

Kept me informed as what was going on regularly with regards to viewings & how my sale was progressing. Kept on top of mine & buyers solicitors to make sure everything was moving along as it should do. Organised the removal of any items of furniture that I didn’t want through a charity. Thanks to a job well done

Excellent at selling my property, it was only on the market for about 2 weeks, before I excepted an offer, unfortunately due to their circumstances they had to pull out. Castles where great, straight back on the market and within a few days I got another offer which I excepted. The photos of my property looks amazing aswell, very professional. All the team are lovey and very friendly, kept me updated on every step. I would highly recommend for anything, if I ever do think about selling my current property, without a doudt I would chose castles again ??????

I found Your Move to be an excellent choice - They did exactly what they said they would do and the property was sold within 3 months at over the asking price. Darcey Taylor (Sales and Lettings Consultant) was assigned to this particular property from day 1. She conducted herself in a very professional manner, demonstrating a tenacity to follow through on all enquiries and ensuring that all parties were kept well informed in a timely manner.
