3rd May 2026 (15 weeks ago)We would highly recommend Howkins and Harrison. Maddie, Lauren and Eve are all extremely professional and so dedicated to what they do. Maddie kept us in the loop throughout the whole process which was stressful at times and kept in contact with our solicitor and notified us immediately about the current situation. We are extremely grateful and so happy we are now in our lovely new home. Moving is inevitably stressful but instructing Howkins and Harrison was the best decision we could have made. Thank you Howkins and Harrison for making a stressful process more endurable. With professionalism, friendliness and commitment. You’re a great team. Best wishes Jan and Francis.

I cannot be anymore grateful for how amazing these two people have been supporting us through such an important time of our lives. They kept me updated every week throughout the process and made my house purchase as smooth and stress-free as possible. The whole process from viewing the property to the day we got the keys only took 2 weeks which was amazing . Can’t thank Ewemove and Owen enough.

Liars and thieves...<br>Rented a property from them that was in an appalling and dirty state, with mould growing all over the walls and a carpet that had never been cleaned in its 20yr lifetime, and bathroom tiles that were yellow with grime, and that was the tip of the iceberg, Yet they had listed all these things in their inventory as "Good Condition - Clean" (Inspection carried out by themselves of course) and it was simply not true... Had to pay a professional cleaner to bring the house into a livable standard at my own expense...<br><br>When it came to leaving the property, they demanded large cleaning bills claiming the property had been left dirty, which again - was not true... Property was left in a higher standard that passed to us.<br>It's clear all they do, is hand you a property and list everything as perfect, then when you leave list everything as imperfect and demand money for it.<br><br>Crooks, liars and thieves... Avoid being robbed by these agents.

24th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)I am very pleased with the staff at kal sangra, (auction team) they were really helpful from the registration process till the auction itself!<br>Taking part in any auction can be daunting and very overwhelming but with the right guidance and help it can be made very simple! Thanks to Danesha.<br>I would definitely recommend this auction group.<br>The bidding is fast paced as it should be and the process very easy if you register with all the documents required.<br>Note: Bidding can get carried away but you the bidder must know your own limit!

17th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

After over 40 years of living in the same property and this being only my third ever house move I needed an estate agent who would look after me, act promptly in my best interests and take away much of the worry and stress. Jowett and Stone have done all of this. Friendly and helpful at all times and very good on follow ups and progress chasing. In office hours , I found that there was always someone to answer my call and if they couldn't help there was usually someone who could assist, or I would receive a call back within good time. My property is now sold subject to contract and all has gone well so far.- 30th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I cannot recommend Your Move Hinckley highly enough.
