His ability to quickly fill vacancies, often within two days, and secure favorable rental rates is a testament to his proficiency in the local lettings market. Such efficiency not only benefits my properties by minimizing potential income loss due to unoccupied units but also contributes to the vitality of the housing market in Wrexham. Simon's dedication and knack for swiftly matching properties with tenants are qualities that make him stand out in the property management sector.
4th Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)Starting positively Georgina is very nice and as I see it, there to keep the customers on side. Johnathan was very confident in his company when selling it to me as the “company to use to sell my home” however that's where my confidence ended. First off we are in a sensitive position (separation) hence the reason for selling our house. I advised Johnathan of this and requested the photographer to attend when I was there as not currently living there and I work shifts. With a convenient time agreed all way fine. However a photographer attended the next day and which we wasn't expecting, so advised him to return on the appointment date . We the had a lack of communication issue with Francesca (terrible for replying) in which Georgina called and apologised when I contacted for the 3rd/4th time. The third issue was the for sale board. it took almost 6 weeks to be put up at the entrance to the estate and also one on the garden, when I specifically requested not to put one. The final straw was the lady doing the viewing of the property when she stated the way to the property was horrendous to get to for her using her Sat Nav (recorded saying on my ring doorbell). Reades had got 1 viewing secured after almost 3k clicks on Rightmove and 1 other viewing who cancelled due to the property not being closed enough to Northop Village. The one viewing from Feb - May they had they put the buyer off. So after 3 1/2 months, as you can imagine....no sale. Very disappointing service from Reades, then the audacity to request us to drop the price because they don't have the sales skills they advise when they want your business . I wouldn't recommend and avoid in future. I'm gutted really because had faith initially in Reads, if only they put as much effort into selling my house as Johnathan put into selling his business to me, my house would be sold by now. I'm disappointed in this. Use other Estate agents instead to avoid wasting your time on a stale agent. 1 star is me being generous.

16th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Monopoly communication was good. Whoever I contacted them, they responded promptly. They were happy to come to my home when I wished to discuss things with them. When there were enquiries from people wanting to view, they phoned me to discuss a convenient time & date, then followed that up with a text & email, & on the day of the viewing, reminded me again by text & email. The viewings were followed up with a phone call & also an email giving feedback.

8th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)What can I say. If I could have used Ffion as my mortgage advisor, solicitor and estate agent then I would have. She was absolutely exceptional in every aspect! To start with the house viewing with her she was more than happy to answer any questions and actually had the answers unlike a few other estate agents I’ve used in the past. After the viewing if I had more questions she would give me the answer or she’d get the answer from the vendor as quickly as she could. As I’m a first time buyer the process of it all was a bit confusing to me, but Ffion was more than happy to help, she went above and beyond for me. I had lots of questions about the buying process and what happens next etc which she would talk me through. She would always help with trying to nudge the process along as sometimes I couldn’t get an answer from my solicitors she would also nudge them for a response which then helped moved the process along massively, without her I think I would have still been waiting for the sale to go through now! On the day of completion she was more than happy to help when I had a long way to travel and probably wasn’t going to arrive at the house within working hours but she helped come up with a solution which took the stress of me arriving there late away. Even now after completion, I have the odd question for either her or the vendor and still she’s so helpful and polite whereas I imagine some of the other estate agents I viewed properties with would have been done with me as soon as the sale went through. Overall Ffion and Dafydd Hardy made my first time house purchase completely stress free. If you’re buying a house for the first time or at all, I have my fingers crossed for you that you have Ffion on your side. Thank you very much for your continued help Ffion.

I've had a couple of problems which have been sorted within hours by Andrew the lettings manager. Would highly recommend Belvoir. Very professional.

She communicated our queries to the landlady and came back with the assurance that we were looking for. I was so well supported throughout all the trials and tribulations of selling and buying. She was extremely pro-active and super quick at getting things sorted out with solicitors and estate agents. A “real person”, she was always there at the end of the phone or responding to messages, including outside of regular business hours - unlike my previous experiences of officious agents “not at their desk” or waiting hours for a return call. I cannot recommend her highly enough - her business ethics, efficiency, marketing and personal service are amazing. 5*
