They were interested in us and the property and worked with us to find the best way to market our property. We would definitely recommend Fisher German and shall certainly use them again in the future if there is a need, they definitely go above and beyond!

16th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)I feel a little harsh about the valuation score but they were off by £40k. The market is clearly difficult to judge at the moment. This however, is the only blemish in a very positive experience and to be fair, it's not really their fault.
11th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Thank you to Mike and Lliwen who were both extremely supportive, professional and helpful during the purchase of our property in Benllech. Mike's knowledge of the local area was invaluable when were making our decision and he gave us lots of really useful advice. He was very accommodating allowing us to collect the keys one evening. Would definitely recommend the team in Menai Bridge, Cerian and Matt.

23rd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)We have recently sold a property with Burnells Estate Agents, I would highly recommend John and the team, they were amazing!!, all of the staff were so knowledgeable and professional, their attention to detail was faultless, all the staff remained up to date on all aspects of the sale and worked seamlessly as a team, the house sale was definitely not the run of the mill, nor a simple sale, but the team handled every aspect professionally and expertly, I cannot fault the effort they put in to achieve the sale, which they did quickly, without any issues in a very uncertain market climate. I cannot thank them enough for everything they achieved. Definitely my first choice for unrivalled expertise !, Thank you so much for your hard work !,
8th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)What can I say. If I could have used Ffion as my mortgage advisor, solicitor and estate agent then I would have. She was absolutely exceptional in every aspect! To start with the house viewing with her she was more than happy to answer any questions and actually had the answers unlike a few other estate agents I’ve used in the past. After the viewing if I had more questions she would give me the answer or she’d get the answer from the vendor as quickly as she could. As I’m a first time buyer the process of it all was a bit confusing to me, but Ffion was more than happy to help, she went above and beyond for me. I had lots of questions about the buying process and what happens next etc which she would talk me through. She would always help with trying to nudge the process along as sometimes I couldn’t get an answer from my solicitors she would also nudge them for a response which then helped moved the process along massively, without her I think I would have still been waiting for the sale to go through now! On the day of completion she was more than happy to help when I had a long way to travel and probably wasn’t going to arrive at the house within working hours but she helped come up with a solution which took the stress of me arriving there late away. Even now after completion, I have the odd question for either her or the vendor and still she’s so helpful and polite whereas I imagine some of the other estate agents I viewed properties with would have been done with me as soon as the sale went through. Overall Ffion and Dafydd Hardy made my first time house purchase completely stress free. If you’re buying a house for the first time or at all, I have my fingers crossed for you that you have Ffion on your side. Thank you very much for your continued help Ffion.

4th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)i was very disapointed with morgan and davies no feed back and no effort beign made by them only 2 viewings in 6 monthe changed my estate agent and have had 3 viewing in 1 week plus good feed back for example they give me the name of the people who are viewing the property etc etc where as morgan and davies did not confidentiality according to them what a load of bull i would not recommend this estate agent to anyone very disapointed

18th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)We have recently suffered a significant ingress of water into the roof of our bay window. It was to Mr Arigi who immediately initiated the survey and repair procedure. At all stages of the repair we were grateful for the competence and thoroughness with which it was organised. Now that the repair has been successfully completed we would like to thank Mr Arigi for his support and competence throughout.
7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
3rd Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)I have lived in my apartment for 3 years, my ancient boiler got condemned two weeks ago along with the cooker which was here when i moved in, it took the landlord nearly a week to respond to residential estates about the issues, then i was advised by residential lettings to report the landlord to the council disrepair department which i did and i may add i have a vulnerable child in my care as well, the council got in touch straight away and chased them up, 11 days later i get contacted by the gas engineer company to tell me the date of the new boiler, still nothing about a new cooker, i have spent a small fortune on food and electricity feeding us and keeping us warm, no contact from residential estates, they tried saying at one point that I couldn’t be contacted which is a lie, my roof is leaking i cannot sleep in my bedroom as the ceiling is wet and starting to mold, the wall is soaking wet! Not heard anything about the roof either, is this acceptable? Freezing cold, no cooker, cold wet bedroom? Lack of communication, no oil heaters which was said was going to be brought to the property? At this point I expect compensation and the issues to be dealt with swiftly!

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
