This is the 4th time I have had the pleasure of moving house, and the first time it has really and truly been a pleasure, the whole process from start to finish was expertly managed by the WW team. The whole thing simplified to such a point that I forgot most of the time that I was going through the process. The friendly polite nature of all the staff who would keep me informed as, when or even before I needed to know or do something was a pleasure to behold.

We had excellent service through Wilson Wood, they came round on a Friday to take pictures and the property had sold by Monday, so you can't beat that.
Always really helpful when we called in and if someone wasn't available when we called, we always got a call back that same day.
Leah and George were top notch as well - would definitely use them again!

Awful service. I’m new in London, came here with a stable job for a company I’ve been working for the last 5 years. I found a flat to rent with them, and when I put my offer and was accepted they didn’t tell me the property was given to another candidate until 3 days before the move!! I tried to reach out to them several times and didn’t hear back until the last very moment. Of course they rushed me to transfer a deposit and give them all my personal details but not to tell me the flat wasn’t for me or even there were more candidates, they indeed told me there were not! Awful, I can’t believe I was so naive to trust them, they were not even nice on the phone or responsive to my emails. Now I have to figure it out what to do in 3 days.

Professional service and quick turn around times on any queries we have had.
2 stars because of incomplete advertising.
The property in question clearly stated 'No Onward Chain', although grammatically correct there was no mention of this being a company property and them not even being legal owners of it. This delayed the process by a whole month while we waited for the company to get ownership of the property.

You have to constantly chase the lettings department, it's a joke. So unprofessional. Never phone you back, don't even respond to your emails. Promises never ever delivered.
This is just a money making business, the director constantly publisiceses how much they do for charities and the community, someone with real intentions to help charities or their community doesn't shout about it so much, it's just an advertisement ploy to get you to like or trust them. Even their own mortgage advisor told my cousin that he was leaving as had enough being swindled by the director.

I cannot praise Wilson Wood enough. I purchased my new home through them and the service was outstanding. When Gavin showed me around the property, I thought how professional and friendly he was. From the moment I put in an offer until I received the keys the whole process was very stressful as it wasn’t a run-of-the-mill sale, but Gavin kept me informed every step of the way even on his day off. There are not many agents you can say that about! The whole team are friendly, and every person I spoke to was lovely and very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these agents to anyone, they really DO go the extra mile.

Estate agent cancelled the first viewing very last minute after plans had already been completely changed to try to meet the time of the appointment.
Then travelled long distance last night to view the house for a second time with my girlfriend, only for us to then be stood up by the estate agents again. Waited outside the house for half an hour after travelling long distance through rush hour traffic, tried calling the office but no response, I'd been given no contact details of the person I was meeting so had no other number to call, tried knocking multiple times but no answer. Awful service from start to finish.
