They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. 2nd Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)We didn’t sell, we removed our house from the market. Nothing to do with the estate agent, but all to do with the interest rate rises and property price drops. We will put our house back on the market in the autumn
15th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Between initial marketing and proceedable offer, the housing market experienced a turbulent time, due mainly to several B of E base rate interest rises and mortgage rate rises by lenders. This led to adjustments in the market taking place. Knowing how best to respond to changing market condition was a concern. Hunters were amazing in relation to professionally assessing the changing state of the market and gave sound advice and support in relation to strategy. The local Hunters team at Horsforth were always available to respond to my queries and were first class when communicating what was happening with viewings and associated feedback, especially in the latter stages of securing a proceedable offer. Having now sold two houses (12 years apart) with Hunters, I have no qualms in confidently recommending them as an excellent estate agent.- 5th Jun 2019 (4 years ago)Helpful while in the property. However when leaving created numerous problems including adding extra charges for leaving. I would not trust these people to do the best for you. They are in it for the money !

13th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.
