3rd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Viewed a property and kept up to date with them had to chase them for an answer. I called back several times talked to people who apparently, didn't have a clue. Got an answer on my 5th call to be told they "unfortunately had accepted another offer. If I'd called sooner I'd of been accepted." ?????????.untrustworthy and a complete waste of time.

Our year of renting through Cornerstone has been remarkably smooth, characterized by quick - if not same-day - repairs and maintenance. It's been an entirely hassle-free experience.

Kelcie was so helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to help me with any queries or issues I had. She made the overall process very stress free and constantly communicated with me to make sure I was up to date on my knowledge of the properties I viewed. She is a true credit to the William H Brown Pudsey team.

27th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)My son saw a house he liked on Rightmove, so because of his work commitments, I agreed to help him sort it. It is 40years since his dad and I bought our house! Laura Parkinson has been really helpful, talking us through the process, arranged a prompt viewing and when our son wanted to make an offer was very clear and helpful about what was needed, briefing her colleagues so they were able to assist when she was not going to around for a couple of days. She has now handed us on to her colleague to see us through the next stage. So far she has ensured that a potentially fraught process has progressed very smoothly
14th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.
10th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)I bought a flat sold/managed by Martin and Co. Dale Hesketh answered a lot of questions for me and kept me up to date. Katerina was the original agent, but left the company half way thru my purchase, she too was efficient. The only hiccup was their phone answering service, who didn’t seem to pass on my calls.

Since moving in, they have been very efficient in fixing any isssues and have been very quick with correspondence.- 8th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)Please Please Please Stay away from this agency This is the worst agency in leeds Worst agency in england Worst agency in uk Worst agency in whole world Worst agency in whole universe Worst agency among all galaxies First they showed all worst properties Then they fooled us with money first told 1100 for apartment then increased the price to 1500 during contract They repairing management is utterly disgusting Never available on emails or on call They ask us to complaint on website After complaining no reply Sadly we went to leeds city council to complain against them and now they came next morning Did not do any repairing in 10 months even though we complained them for almost 7 or 8 months straight Did not helped even after our housemate got hospitalised after mould allergy Even after health and safety did not attended our complaints After reading this review if you choose this agency then u r the biggest fool sorry mate

Chris always get back to you when he says he will and payments are always made on time. All office staff are very friendly. Great company to work along side.

His Presentation was simply outstanding and very engaging. I would highly Recommend anyone looking to get in to educating themselves in property investment is to speak to Sam first.
