From the minute the offer was accepted communication was first class, starting with Hazel Buxton, but for the most part Megan Naylor. Megan was very prompt in making sure she contacted me at least once a week to update how things were progressing from both sides solicitors, and whenever there were any delays or issues she would be dealing with it, or finding out more information to keep us in the loop right through to the completion of the sale. highly reccomended

They managed to find the place and helped everything go through very smoothly and efficiently. The sales agent, Ryan, was fabulous, friendly and professional and I was really pleased with the communication and extra time and energy spent on seeing this through. WOULD RECOMMEND

It can often be a stressful time trying to rent but not with Ella. She’s kept me informed throughout, gone the extra mile in letting me get the keys as I don’t drive, and also in letting me view the property a second time so my eldest daughter can see it. She’s put my faith back in estate agents! I cannot recommend her highly enough. The whole process is really straight forward and I’m so thankful to have had Ella dealing with all this for me. Thank you Ella x

27th Nov 2025 (12 days ago)I recently sold my house with Dwell and my agent was Jessica Pape. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient throughout the entire process. Jessica was communicative and kept me fully informed at every stage. She secured buyers for my property - at the asking price - within days of it being listed! The marketing for my house looked great and the listing showed attention to detail. I could not be happier with the service I received and would 100 percent recommend Jessica and Dwell.
21st Nov 2025 (18 days ago)Haven't been a tenant with this agents for some time - left for reasons unrelated to the property / agency, however had numerous problems during the tenancy anyway - and just received a tenants maintenance problem! Huge safety concern as I received the building code and their apartment door code! Appalling - hope they’ve contacted the tenant to explain and changed the code, luckily I’m not a bad person!

29th Sep 2025 (10 weeks ago)My experience with Virtue Estate Agents was extremely disappointing. Their service was very poor from start to finish — communication was slow and unhelpful, promises were not kept, and I constantly felt left in the dark. Professionalism was lacking, and they showed little care or attention to detail. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
3rd Dec 2025 (6 days ago)I couldn’t fault Northwood, as a tenant who was with them for 18 months - they were brilliant throughout my tenancy. All members of the team I have spoken to have been kind, professional and understanding. Any issues were quickly rectified and responded to almost immediately. I would highly recommend Northwood to anybody looking to rent in Leeds :)

Communication was constant, clear, and proactive — Gareth went above and beyond to keep all parties coordinated and the chain moving, even when things became complex. What stood out most was his professionalism, honesty, and genuine commitment to seeing the sale through — he doesn’t just “list and forget,” he actively drives progress and keeps everyone informed. Thanks to his persistence and experience, we managed to complete successfully under very tight deadlines. Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places. They know their market inside out and make it really easy to compare deals. If you’re into building long-term income, these guys are definitely worth speaking to.
