I never write reviews but I feel so strongly about this company. They treat tenants like second class citizens. We reported problem after problem but they just got ignored and didn’t get fixed. However when we moved out we completed checklist in order for our bond to be returned. Renown gave excuse after excuse for the bond not to be returned. We were being lied to over and over again. Excellent experience overall. Bailey & Co were involved in both the selling and purchase sides of my chain. They managed to negotiate a great selling price on my flat in a very challenging market and always let me know straight away when appropriate properties for me came up buy. Which led to us finding our ideal house. Their sales progression team also did a great job of keeping me up to date on status of the chain and communicating with all parties quickly and efficiently when issues arose. I sent a request via rightmove to arrange a couple of viewings. I heard the next day and gave them my availability. The next week I chased them for an update and they didnt have me registered. They then registered me, and said they would contact the home owners to arrange...... 3 weeks later Im still waiting. Not sure how they plan to sell houses if they cant book viewings!!... Read more
